Scam, this company will take your money. They even make empty promises to refund once you rate the service on trustpilot. I have tried to communicate with them a 100 time but the response are always the same. Note they will even call you to request you to review them and once you have done so they just ignore all communication. You also get subscribed without you know about them, you will just get a notification from bank that funds was deducted. I didn't even know this company.

Fraud! Beware! They have a tracking number by GLS, the parcel is delivered to someone else. But is delivered. And PayPal refuses to refund, because " parcel is delivered according to the tracking page". That's why they ar so cheaper than competition.
After the "succesfull delivery", they began charging my card for "monthly membership". I had to cancel the card in my bank in order to protest my money on my account.
There is no company here. And nobody is selling anything. No sending. The guy resides in Nigeria and succeeded somehow to position his website on Google.
Typical fraud. Keep your cards away from him.

At first, I did not understand the system well and was very angry because the subscription was paid semi-automatically because the site's explanation was not appropriate. However, the site's response came back relatively quickly, and although it took a long time to receive a refund, I confirmed my intention to refund. If you are at a disadvantage, be patient and talk to a counselor.

I was also caught on Instagram. They started deducting money without my consent and I managed to contact someone calling himself Paul Mazur, and asked for a refund. He said that he couldn't refund me but that I could buy products with their credits, which seem to be fake as well. I never asked for anything from them and they never contacted me. THEY ARE A SCAM. I wish someone could advise how we can report them and have them blocked permanently.

I was in a conflict situation, but they made an effort to resolve the issue with me and provided a clear explanation.

They automatically sign up for the gold membership of 44€ and then charge you 6€ to cancel it! DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!

If there was a way to give negative stars then Mash Skincare would fully deserve them. This is a complete scam most likely equivalent to criminal theft so nobody should ever do any business with this site EVER!!

After placing an order with them I expected they would be honorable and send the goods and honestly sort of forgot about it. After a YEAR had passed while cleaning up old emails I realized I never received anything so got in touch with Customer Service to follow up. The agent initially was actually helpful and offered the option of re-shipping the goods or issuing a refund. I requested that the goods be shipped and was told it would happen right away.

Then after another month had passed and nothing arrived I got in touch with Customer Service again and chatted with Evangelyn. It was nothing short of ridiculous how daft and completely stupid this person was. First they told me that the refund had been issued which was odd because I never selected that option, plus the card I used for the purchase had since been de-activated so I would never receive the refund anyway. When I advised them the card was no longer valid they again confirmed the refund had been issued??????

At this point I requested to be transferred to a manager and was told "Unfortunately we are unable to refund the previous charges. We do advise to spend the credits on our online shop". This was surprising since they had already twice confirmed the refund was issued and we ended up here because when I spent actual money in their shop then never actually delivered the products I gave them money for. Needless to say my confidence was not 100% they would be able to do so if I spent the credits.

I then requested the manager again and was told "We are happy to hear you'd like to spend your balance and even happier to help you! All you need to do is to log in using your email address as the username -...". I now demanded to speak to a manager as it was clear the level of mental capacity in this person was nil, and that was only reaffirmed when they responded with "We apologies for inconvenience. But our system will not create an account if you didn’t sign up."

Now clearly I had an account and had signed up, AND they knew this since they already twice confirmed the refund was issued before saying they couldn't issue one. I stopped arguing with the idiot and just kept demanding to speak to a manager to which I was told "I can confirm the account is now cancelled." and then the chat was terminated.

It was so frustrating and insulting and these people deserve to be imprisoned for how they are taking advantage of consumers. I NEVER asked for a refund, I asked for delivery. I also NEVER asked for a credit to be made for the account that apparently I still needed to open. And I NEVER had my issue resolved or even properly addressed before they terminated the chat and cancelled my account.

Mash Skincare are scammers, liars and theives. Save yourself the frustration and do not give them a cent of your hard earned money as they have zero intention of sending you the products you purchased with them instead just keeping your cash and then cancelling your account after you call them out for not operating with integrity.

It is well over a year from my initial review and no effort has been made by this company to contact me or actually send the product I thought I had ordered from them in all this time. It's only after Trustpilot contacted me to see if I wanted to keep my review active, they've decided to get in touch with a message reminding me that I did click OK in the terms and conditions (PLEASE READ T&Cs extra carefully) and to offer to guide me through their registration system ... I have still not received the product I purchased, this cost if forever lost plus I did not want to sign up to a subscription and fail to see how customers can be 'happy' to pay a cancellation fee to get out of a higher cost of something they do not want in the first place. What products do they offer? Where is the customer service?? Still a scam.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just filed an official complaint with the local police regarding an online company based in Cyprus called MASH Skincare. Instead of an email confirmation for the product I had just purchased, I received a gold membership and some supposed credits for the amount I had just spent. Furthermore, I had inadvertedly agreed to a subscription of €44.50 which would be automatically renewed in 14 days and can only be cancelled with 30 days advance notice. Or immediately, if you pay €4.95.

it is a scam they steal your money make you pay for a fee of 10€ to subscribe then make you pay for a fee to cancel the subscription 4,95€

This online cosmetics shop is running a scam and likely making thousands of GBP (British pounds) per day.

I had never heard of Behamar Trading Ltd. (Mash Skin Care) and had never ordered of them before.

However, Behamar Trading Ltd. (Mash Skin Care) sent me a text message here in Portugal which had no descriptive information about the name of their business or products. The text message just read "A €2.00 delivery tax fee must be paid before we deliver your package". They provided a link to a payment page.

I assumed this was regarding a DHL package that I was awaiting. After I paid the €2. fee with my credit card I received an mail message from Behamar Trading Ltd. (Mash Skin Care) that I was now subscribed to their service for €6. per month, (+ the €2. fee for a delivery)

This is obviously a scam. If they send out a few thousand messages like this each day, they are making good money from people who won't bother disputing a charge of a few Euros.

I can send you screen shots of the text messages and payment page so that you can see how they are tricking people.

This needs to be stopped.
