I ordered with a different company before finding Marvellous Neon & was messed about something rotten. I had to file a charge back with my bank to get a refund. Anyway I was feeling really skeptical about making a purchase again because a) it’s not a small amount of money to me & b) most neon companies either seem to be drop shipping from China or have REALLY bad reviews. I’m relieved to say that everything was smooth sailing with Marvellous Neon. Delivery within quoted time frame. Friendly, helpful & speedy customer services. And most importantly my light is absolutely gorgeous! Really delighted with it. I will most definitely order again.

Paul and the Marvellous Neon team are amazing. Designed and delivered my colour changing light within 2 weeks after being ripped off by a company called Neon Beach who took the money but didn’t deliver the item.

Marvellous Neon are trustworthy and hand make fantastic lights.

Excellent light, custom made for my daughter. She’s very excited about putting it in her new bedroom! Customer service was brilliant… I emailed the company (at an ungodly hour due to being busy) got a response instantly! The product is very good quality, I love that fixtures etc are included in the price. The item was delivered ahead of schedule and I shall recommend to anyone who’s looking to have a light made! I am blown away by how gorgeous my neon sign is. I ordered a personalised one and was hoping it would be nice, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The quality is amazing, the brightness of the light is great and it came safely packaged. I also received an email from them apologising for a slight delay in production (although this ended up being literally only 1 day), so I can’t fault the customer service one bit. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a neon sign and will 100% purchase another in the future :) thank you so much!

Love my sign. I had a custom one made and was made and sent for delivery within the 2 weeks. Looks amazing up, the dimmer option I would recommend as it does go really bright but it looks brilliant. The dimmer gives more options! Thanks Marvellous Neon!
