Ordered again. the best Turkish delight we have found in the UK.

Ordered mint Turkish delight and it was the worse I have ever tasted it seemed to be packed in flour rather than sugar and the lack of a mint taste was really noticeable. Asked for a refund as its inedible but one not given. Thanks for the response but the customer service is hopeless, basically u have created a disgruntled customer by not refunding 16 quid which to me seems stupid but hey uts nit my business.....

I really enjoyed the box. My favourite by far was the pistachio and rose petals. One of the delights was a bit too dense for my choice but the flavour was still great.

Marveli have great range of the Turkish Delight we love. It's delivered quickly and is always of a high standard. It has become a Christmas treat for us and we intend to keep up the tradition of buying from them at least once a year.

First time I’ve ordered from this website and I wasn’t disappointed the Turkish delight is the best I’ve bought and for a great price would definitely order from them again.

I really wanted to buy Turkish delight from this company as gifts for friends. As they mentioned packaging the ordered products together on their website (I wanted to buy 6 x 500g of Turkish delight), I attempted to contact them numerous times via their online form, and also by email, to ask about this. All messages were ignored. Sadly, I do not feel confident to order from this company. As they did not reply to my enquiries before I make a purchase, I have no faith they would respond if there were any issue with any purchases. Phone number did not connect.

In response to your reply which says I did not email you, as well as the other times I attempted to contact you via your website contact form and trying to phone you, please see the end of this message for the date, time and email message.

My review mentions that I really did want to place an order of Turkish Delight from your company.

I am disappointed that my repeated attempts to reach you via your website contact form, email and calling the number listed on your website did not result in me reaching you, as I am sure I would have placed an order if I had.

As I was a first time customer to you, I was not confident to place the order.

Your existing customers will not feel this way, and some new customers might not either.

The website was so easy to use and there was, so much choice. The price was amazing and their delivery was really quick. The products itself tastes lovely, the blend of flavours comes together really well.

I am pregnant and I have been craving for Turkish Delight so bad I’m just so glad I foud this site 🤩 it tastes exactly the same as the ones I used to buy while on holiday in Turkey! Very fresh, well packaged and arrived quickly too. Will definitelly order more!

This is first time I have ever given a review on any product or experience and thought “why not” seeing as the Lokum was just like I had on holidays in Turkey. It is so moorish it’ll not be long until I order again. Every flavour hit the spot and I’m totally addicted now. Came well packaged with no hold ups. Totally recommend 100%

Having just returned from Turkey I was craving authentic lokum and discovered Marveli. I ordered a variety of flavours and a box for a gift. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. The flavours took me back to Turkey and were just what I wanted. Mu next order will be very soon having eaten most of what I bought already.
