Can’t return this awful item

My Dress finally arrived, terrible quality and eventually told I could 15% off the original £50 price! What’s the point of that so wanted a prepay return to send back to Sweden. Told I have to pay to return and the return is in China! Absolutely do not buy from this Company.

Misleading “Easy Returns” Policy 1161

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

This company advertises an “easy return policy”, yet when I requested a return, I was informed that the item must be sent back to a warehouse in China, at the customer’s expense. This was not made clear at the point of purchase.

Returning an item internationally is extremely costly and could exceed the value of the product itself. On top of that, no prepaid return label or clear tracking process was offered, meaning there is no reassurance that a return would be received or a refund processed.

Instead of providing a proper return solution, I was offered only a 15% refund while keeping the item, which is not acceptable when the product does not meet expectations.

This return process is neither “easy” nor transparent and feels misleading. Customers should be clearly informed before purchasing that returns are international and not covered.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

If I could put a minus I would!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! Order was supposed to arrive in just over a week, took 4 weeks! Website and head office address leads you to believe they are based in Sweden! Returns are impossible, you send an email, definitely replies are from a bot, and they give a Chinese address which is at your own cost! However a 15% refund is offered as a “good will gesture” and keep the poorly produced item! The next reply which then changed to French (translator had to be used, perhaps trying to cause confusion) offered a 35% goodwill gesture! I purchased 2 dresses which weren’t particularly cheap and the website looks fairly professional, DO NO BE FOOLED! Poor quality items from China which are near impossible to return!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Awful scam. You will get a cheap useless item that is not even the same color that you ordered and they will give you the runaround when you ask for a return. Very fraudulent commercial practices.
