Great equipment, even better customer service!
We love the Maru swimming equipment. My children are fans of the bright colours, and between us we have a full array of fins, kickboards and pull buoys all made by Maru! They are usually excellent quality, but unfortunately we had an issue with one of my daughter's Maru training fins tearing about 7 months after purchase. As we had bought it from Amazon, we were advised to contact the manufacturer directly. I contacted Maru and received a reply the next working day. They were very helpful with the problem and sent us a new pair of fins out, which we received very quickly. The equipment issue was unfortunate, but the customer service was second to none. Well done Maru, and thank you!

Scammed my money
I paid for tracked international shipping but didn't receive any tracking info. Tried to contact the customer service multiple times via email and website but didn't get any response. Later I found out through my postal office that the shipment wasn't actually tracked despite me paying extra for tracked delivery.
Because of more expensive shipping costs I also had to pay extra for customs and taxes since you pay them according to total costs including shipping. So I ended up paying for nothing since they scammed me. It took 22 days for my order to arrive instead of promised 5-7 business days, which would have been less stressful if I could've atleast tracked my order.

Lovely swimming jammers
Lovely swimming jammers. Bought them for my 15-year-old son and he can’t wait to use them in the pool. Lovely fabric, good fit which seems true to size.
