Low price and friendly staff

I bought tickets at the lowest price. The flight was canceled due to an airline issue, and I was automatically transferred to another date, which I didn't like. Thanks to Martigo, I finally got an earlier flight.

You need to make it easy to switch…

You need to make it easy to switch languages. This survey is in German and some of the web pages were in some language I didn’t recognize. There is no obvious way to change language on these web pages.

Your confirmation emails are not readable by TripIt which indicates to me that they are not in a standard format. I suggest you contact TripIt for more information. This incompatibility resulted in me having to enter quite a bit of information manually which always increases the risk of error.

Cheapest flight ive found

Cheapest flight ive found! I was trying to get a last minute ticket from Germany to Amsterdam and other websites offered about $280 including baggage fee, but i found martigo for only $180. Booked the flight, and i got my ticket within minutes.

🚨 AVOID MARTIGO AT ALL COSTS! 🚨

I have never experienced such incompetence and negligence from a travel provider as I did with MartiGO. What should have been a smooth trip turned into one of the most stressful and chaotic travel experiences of my life—all due to MartiGO’s careless mistakes.

1. They Booked Us on a Non-Existent Flight!
The most outrageous part? MartiGO booked us on a flight that DID NOT EXIST. Not a schedule change, not an airline issue—just a completely imaginary flight. Had we not personally investigated and discovered that there was a second airport in Buenos Aires, we would have missed our entire trip. MartiGO provided zero assistance during this crisis.

2. Zero Accountability – They Blame Everyone Else
Instead of acknowledging their mistake, MartiGO tried to shift the blame onto the airline, when in reality, the issue stemmed from their own booking system. We wasted hours of our time and hundreds of dollars fixing problems that should never have existed in the first place.

3. Customer Service? More Like Customer Sabotage
We spent countless hours on the phone trying to fix their mistakes—at our own expense.
They made ticketing errors that led to one of our travelers nearly being stranded.
Even after we explained the situation clearly, they continued making changes that made things even worse.

4. Financial Losses & Zero Compensation
MartiGO’s incompetence cost us hundreds of dollars in last-minute transfers, phone calls, and additional travel expenses. They refuse to compensate us for their mistakes. Instead, they offer generic apologies and empty promises while ignoring the actual financial damage they caused.

Final Verdict: NEVER USE MARTIGO!
If you value reliable travel, professional customer service, and basic competence, stay far away from MartiGO. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and they will leave you stranded with no support.

This was the worst experience ever

This was the worst experience ever. It is unclear on the website what the refund policy is. I tried to cancel within 24 hours of purchase and they wanted to give me less than a third of what I paid, even though the airline itself provides 100% if you cancel within 24 hours. The customer service was not helpful.

Very nice people

Very nice people. The process, altough with small inconveniences (an error during payment) was smooth and made no bigger problems. The system failure has been addressed swiftly and the tickets had been sent very quick, so I would not need to worry about anything. 5 stars. :)
