Well what can i say what a breath of fresh air!
Us girls have no clue how to arrange a night out never mind a holiday for 10 of us... G@Marshall Travel was recommended to us by friends in Barrhead who had previously booked when they had the shop open last year.
So we contacted Geraldine to arrange our wild week in Faliraki in fact she came and meet us in Barrhead and went through different options on her laptop.
She took her time to explain everything and we booked there and then and she even gave us a further discount on the price of our holiday.
Knowing us after she left we forgot to ask her questions she was always at the other end of the phone or replying by email.
And wow she printed all our boarding passes hotel voucher and gave us a lovely ticket wallet and even put 100 euros in it to get a drink on her when we arrived in faliraki!! who does that?
Anyway she deserves 5 star i dont know how she manages to juggle with everything and we girlies will certainly be booking again next year dont book with anyone else !

We have just returned from an amazing holiday to Alcudia in Majorca organised by Geraldine. She kept us updated from our initial contact right up until our departure and was always available to answer any queries. The lounge passes provided the perfect start to our holiday and everything from then on was first class. We will definitely be using GMarshall travel again - thanks Geraldine

Booked trip with GM travel and was delighted to have dealt with the wonderful Geraldine. Trip was a dream everything done by Geraldine and every little detail perfect. Booked into upper lounge at Glasgow which was a great start to the week. All checking in done again by Geraldine. All the little touches she did made the trip very special and will definitely recommend anyone to use this lady I will definitely not book with anyone else now after being treated so special.

A big thumbs up from us for GMarshall Travel. Just back from a visit to Seoul in South Korea to visit family, and our new Grand Daughter. We just gave our dates to Geraldine, and she came back with several options for flights, times etc. We chose the one that suited us, and left the rest to Geraldine. Holiday went real smooth, and even although the storm Kathleen battered Scotland, and our return Emirates flight to Glasgow was unable to land and had too be diverted to another airport, Geraldine was always on the ball ! Updates for the new arranged flights, even sourcing other flights and transport if we needed it. As a repeat customer, there is a reason why we will continue to use GMarshall Travel. Recently returned from Luxury Ambar Punta Cana, which we booked with Geraldine 8 months prior.
Geraldine was exceptional asking our wants and needs and what was important to us. Geraldine went and narrowed our search and recommended a few places. Upon Geraldine kept in contact with us during our wait to go, sent us the relevant paperwork Just did Everything for us, she also provided us with Lounge passes Thankyou. The Morning of our flight a lovely message from Geraldine wishing us a happy Holiday ( lovely personal touch). Arrived at our hotel WOW! Geraldine had arranged Bubbly and chocs as it was our 25th anniversary with another lovely message from Geraldine.... What can i say, certainly over and above our expectations ( another Thankyou). Our Holiday was Fantastic, and the service we recieved from Geraldine was second to non and very personal, definatley 5 star service. I certainly will be booking with Geraldine again and telling all my Family and friend to also. I have travelled a lot but this has been the best personal service i have recieved. Just back from a trip to Greece, all arranged by Geraldine airport parking, night in hotel b4 flight, private airport transfer , accommodation .All documents printed of and put in a class travel wallet. This woman is the owner and you can see her passion for travel knows her business inside out and I felt a very personal touch to this industry nothing was to much hassle will certainly travel with her again for all future holidays . Just back from holiday in Madagascar, Geraldine was such a great help in organising the trip for us. All flights sorted out and came to the rescue when British airways cancelled one of our flights a week before we were due to travel.
Great having such a reliable travel agent, would definitely recommend.

Marshall Travel booked my son's first boys holiday with his mates. Was their first holiday together so there were loads of amendments and changes to the booking. Nothing was too much bother for Geraldine and her staff and she liased with the tour operator on several occasions on the boys' behalf, made sure they were all sorted at the airport and provided them with a 24hr emergency mobile number while they were away. 5 star service!

I booked a Jet2 holiday through Marshall Travel, travelling March 23. It was our first family holiday abroad and I had been a bit nervous about it - there was absolutely no need. Geraldine made everything super simple, from booking right through to check in and return transfer timing, communication and advice was amazing and I felt relaxed and happy knowing I had the team to hand! Only 2 days ago, my wife and I decided that we would visit my daughter in New Zealand early next year. We are not frequent fliers and certainly not seasoned long haul travellers so, it was a bit daunting when thinking about making this journey and the associated travel arrangements. We looked at travel agents and hoped we would find a local agent in the hope we would get a more personalised service. Fortunately, we found Marshall Travel in Giffnock and arranged a face-to-face meeting with Geraldine yesterday. In short, all I needed to know was when I planning to travel to and from New Zealand. Geraldine, at Marshall Travel, provided invaluable advice relating to the journey and booked everything relating to it, Geraldine also provided complimentary services. Today, I have a journey itinerary and will have the tickets next week. After that, Geraldine will continue to support us until our departure. I could not recommend highly enough using the services of Geraldine at Marshall Travel, it will certainly be my first choice in the future.
