The plants arrived in poor condition. The packaging was inadequate and damaged upon delivery, which is concerning for the shipment of live plants. The plants appeared severely stressed and dehydrated, likely due to insufficient watering during transit. The delivery driver also noted that the plant appeared visibly dehydrated and required immediate attention. I am currently taking all necessary steps to help revive the plant and hope these efforts will be successful. However, I am very disappointed with the condition in which the plants were delivered and with the overall standard of service provided.
