Probably the most smooth skating…
Probably the most smooth skating experience off of the ice I have ever had. Boot fit great out of the box too, so comfortable and can really feel the difference between Marsblade skates and regular inline skates. Worth every penny.

The purchase went really well
The purchase went really well. It was easy to find a pair of skates after follow the sale link. I had to update my postal code and Axel handled it super fast. I baked my skates last night, I can't wait to hit the streets this weekend.

Customs Charges and Sizing makes the purchase difficult - UPDATED
The product is nice and seems to be of good quality. We chose to go get my child fit for a Bauer skate boot at the sales person said that would be the best way to make sure it was a proper fit. And although they do fit, they don't have near the amount of extra space we were looking for. I think there is a sizing difference between Swedan and North America that isn't being captured properly. I was also caught off gaurd with a large customs charge that I wasn't expecting.
I was contacted after the original purchase by customer service, and they were more than willing to help us get the original purchase exchanged. They made the process extremely easy, and we got the roller blades sent back and the updated size shipped to us some days later.
The second fit is substantially better, using the American shoe size method appears to be the best way for my child to get the proper fit.
He has already been skating with them quite hard, his transitions and turning are uncomparable to his tradional style of roller blades, it is very smooth and looks fluid and natural compared to his on ice skating. He will continue to use them during the summer to work on his development. Much more conventient than running to the rink.

We are so sorry to hear that the skates didn't fit. We do have our own size guide so that may be the reason the Bauer skates fits a little bit different.
But great news! We do offer free exchanges so don't worry about that. Also, you can have the import fees refunded for the returned parcel, no problem at all.

No sizes available that I require. I was told the sizes wont be available for months. I've decided to buy Bauer skates.

Sending a right size of skate
Sending a right size of skate. You send me a size 12. And when I made the order the skate boot should of been 10.5

It was not clear on the customs costs and a surprise to pay an additional $60 to UPS. In countries like Canada this needs to be much clearer. If I knew that upfront it changes the price point and willingness to purchase

we purchased after talking in person…
we purchased after talking in person with someone at the MN Meltdown tournament. The personal interaction was the best part of the experience, and just hearing how the skates can be used to help an athlete progress was beneficial. There was a deal too that made the purchase more doable at the time.
