I’m giving a 0 star rating. I ordered almost a month ago, but the tracking says my order hasn’t shipped. I requested a refund but I just get emails claiming the order has been shipped, even tho it hasn’t. I have emailed them multiple times and now they won’t even respond. They already took my money and now they won’t talk to me. I just want my refund at this point. Terrible business.

Scumbag scammers ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Do not order this crap. Customer service is non-existent. I never received my first order. Emailed customer service for refund and to cancel further orders because apparently when you order you get set up for subscriptions, which I do not want. They never responded. Apparently second shipment is on the way but who knows if I will ever receive it.

Never got my product and no response from customer service. So disappointing.

I purchased this product thinking it was going to be awesome for my daughter who has eczema and has been experiencing breakouts in her face. First of all it took forever to receive it. Once I received the product it has mineral oil, glycerin and nothing organic as stated plus tallow was the very last ingredient. They refused to refund my money and I ordered it online twice by mistake. Never again. I don’t understand why people don’t care about how they treat a customer that if the product or even customer service takes care of you they will have a customer that would continue to support their company. This was definitely a scam.

Terrible SCAM company. Never again. Always investigate first. Never got product after months of trying to communicate with them. Money lost So frustrating!!

Ordered on a Facebook ad. Never received product. Received a tracking number but the link won’t work to track shipment. No response from email to “support@marroomi”

If I could rate zero stars I would. Never received my order. Wish I had read more reviews prior to making a purchase from these crooks. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT!!!

Can’t file with the company for a refund nor can you email them to look into why I never received my order. Ordered from a Facebook link - never again. I was going to try & get a refund from my credit card company but concerned after reading other reviews that I will be charged again for a product I haven’t received. Ugh

This company is a total scam. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times to cancel my"subscription" to no avail. It tells me the website is unavailable. I have finally resorted to filing a complaint with my credit card company. AND!!! NOW I JUST GOT CHARGED FOR MORE PRODUCT when I haven't received my first order. What a damned headache!!!

Ordered and it's not a balm at all it's a low quality cream. Useless. Took 6 weeks and it's poor quality

Don't order anything , they are untrustworthy , thieves you will not receive a product or your money back.

I had to put one star or I couldn’t review but I give them ZERO stars. It’s a scam business. No item, no reply, fake customer service email address. Do not order!

Ordered a month ago and still nothing. Can't get a refund or even submit a message to contact support. And now I'm reading on here that it's not even real product. Awesome. Hope they all get what's coming to them.

I'm in the same boat as many others that have had to deal with this ridiculous company. I bought the beef tallow balm with honey and it took nearly a month for the product to arrive and I notice I was charged for a subscription that I know I never signed up for. The really scummy thing about it is when I try to manage subscriptions the page comes up saying it can't be loaded. The company had the nerve to tell me that a refund wouldn't be possible but yet on their website it says that refunds are possible as long as the item is unused and in it's original packaging. Based off my situation and all the other reviews it's quite clear to me this company is scamming people. For more perspective, I originally started my order July 24th, didn't receive the item until today September 2nd. And like I said early and other reviewers have mentioned I didn't authorize a subscription but they made me have one so I was charged again last month on the 24th, for anyone new that's thinking about buying from this company I'm telling you don't do it. I'll give the company another day or two and then I'm definitely disputing with my credit card company.

I didn't realize that this company was out of the country (China?) and it has been 6 weeks & have not gotten anything from them I now see they are probably scammers so I am placing them in dispute with my credit card company.

Scammers. Sent an empty package from China. Do not buy from marroomi. Customer service gave me the run around for weeks. No refund, just headaches. Filing a formal report with the BBB.

Please do not order from these people, delivery takes weeks when you order off Facebook. Also once you ask for a refund because you a sick of waiting they won't respond, lesson learned for me!! I ordered marroomi from Amazon and it was terrible stuff, I returned it for a full refund, there is very little beef tallow in the product, scammers 100 percent!!!!!

This company stole the video and packaging from terra lotus and sent me a horrible quality product full of hydrogenated oils and garbage ingredients!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
