We signed up for a trial box whilst at Crufts

We signed up for a trial box whilst at Crufts dog show. Initially the first few times we offered the Marro cat food to the cats, they sniffed at it and walked away in typical cat fashion. I tried again and Theo wolfed it down asking for more. It's been 4 weeks and he hasn't left any. Normally he likes a food for a few weeks and then goes off it. Not sure if warming it up first has made a difference but at the moment it's a thumbs/paws up.

Great fresh food my cats loved😻

customer service was great- very patient and polite. my cats loved their food and it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition fresh for my cats, definitely worth the money to keep the cats happy and healthy 😊 thank you marro.

Marro is our cats favourite food by far…

Marro is our cats favourite food by far (& we’ve tried quite a few as she tends to go off other brands quite quickly!) always a clean bowl with Marro, and excited meows as soon as she sees it coming. The pricing is better than others we’ve tried, and customer service is brilliant. We love the packaging and occasional toy/gift received is a really great addition

Like cats to catnip!

Rosie and Charli have taken to Marro like Cats to catnip! They gobble every morsel. Their coats are lush, they are content, bright eyed and bushy tailed.
Delivery is excellent and given there's no wastage, Marro is value for money.

My cat absolutely loves Marro

My cat absolutely loves Marro. He's usually the fussiest eater ever but is devouring every single morsel. It's worth paying that little bit extra to know he is eating good quality food and I'm not throwing anything away any more!

Excellent customer service

I reported to customer services that my delivery was short by several pouches. I had immediate response and promise of the shortfall being made up. No fuss, no question, no hassle. Where else can you get such customer service as well as a happy cat? 😺

Mr Snowball is THE fussiest moggy ever

Mr Snowball is THE fussiest moggy ever. He’s my baby, suffers with FIP so has been extremely poorly, and still is. He’s been spoilt with chicken broth, bone broth, steamed chicken and realising he wasn’t getting enough nutrients we tried him on every kind of cat food possible. Marro is the only cat food he’ll touch! Go Marro! Life saver 😊

My cat Bailey is the king of fussy fusspots

My cat Bailey is the king of fussy fusspots but wolfed down his chicken Marro meals! We’re currently trying out a range of flavours to put together his preferred menu but so far so good! Excellent customer service too x

Senior cats love it

Having senior cats, changing their food was a gamble. However, giving them a warm meal has made a real difference. My daughter says those magic words "dinner" and their heads shoot up and they are straight in the kitchen. So nice to see empty bowls and sleeping cats with a full tummy.

An absolute disgrace

An absolute disgrace! keep away unless you want to get ripped off and get tied into an unwanted or approved subscription where the money gets taken from you without you authourising any payments and the only way you are notified is via ur bank or DPD for delivery!! but when you go on to cancel you get told its too late and that is £45 GONE as my cat Hates the food because even though i made it clear my cat does not like gravy food - i was send a FULL box after my trial of Gravy based food!! PLUS i was away as i was not expecting another delivery so the whole box was left on my doorstep for 5 days!!! an utter waste and i literally pleaded with them in every possible way but i guess this is how they make money... by fooling people and by reading the reviews i can see i am not the only one who was not fully explained about how this works and that the money is taken literally without consent and no matter what you try they do not give it back even when they send you food that you tell then that your cat really does not like......they still sent it and made me pay!! Marro you clearly need to change your ways of doing things as its a clear issue with many customers!! its an utter disgrace!!!!!!

At Marro, we’re a fresh cat food company built around genuinely caring for cats and their humans, so this is never the experience we want anyone to have. I’m very sorry that your cat didn’t enjoy Marro; I can appreciate how disappointing it can feel when they don’t take to the food you’d hoped they would.

I also want to reassure you regarding the subscription and payments. We would never take payment without initial authorisation from the customer. When signing up, bank details are entered to set up a flexible subscription, and we always send reminder emails at 10am, two days before the next scheduled delivery, so customers have time to make any changes, skip, or cancel within their account. I’m also very sorry that your delivery was left on your doorstep while you were away, I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to come home to it.

We aim to be fully transparent and flexible, giving customers control over their plans, including the ability to cancel if their cats haven’t taken to the meals yet. We understand that cats can be very particular due to their neophobic instincts. Our goal is always to ensure cats enjoy their meals and benefit from all the natural, high-quality ingredients, never to cause stress or frustration.

My cat really likes this food

My cat really likes the food and there is a good variety of dishes to keep them interested. The delivery is always good, on time and stress free- and sign up was easy. I think it’s worth the money and is a good quality food for all/most cats.
