Poor customer care in exceptional circumstances

I purchased a clothing item from Marks & Spencer on 22 February, but due to an injury on 14 March in which I fractured my spine (which I can confirm with consultant letter), I have been unable to return the item to store. I live alone with little support and spoke with customer services today to ask if their refund policy could be extended due to my injury and was told that there was nothing they could do. For a major UK retailer such as M&S to refuse a refund or even an exchange for this item in such circumstances is pretty shoddy customer care and a very disappointing outcome from Marks & Spencer.

Order delivered to a drop off point. UPS.

Order delivered to a drop off point, without my consent.
I refuse to use this drop off point.
I have sent 3 emails to customer service to ask them to rectify this - zero response. Im extremely dissatisfied. Never had this problem before when they used La Poste.

Company is full of bigots

Company has shown very bigoted views, which shouldn't be allowed to stand.

Won't return as a customer while they let customers and even actively take part in discrimination at a corporate level.

My Favorite M&S

So far so good, very quick delivery which is delivered to your local M&S , Sparks Card offers alot of discounts on a variety of different choices online & in food hall shops, its my favourite online shop & especially now sells other brands.

M&S are charging 40p for a paper…

M&S are charging 40p for a paper carrying bag this is a rip off as the charge was for PLASTIC BAGS but this company Profits from this as customer just accept it it's blatant theft by stealth

Online order no show!

Placed an order 2 items on May 6, email confirmed order being processed. Collection day May 7, delayed by 48 hours +, no reason given.
Checking account 1 item ready for collection, 2nd item delayed 48+ hours. Still no reason for the delay.
Why the big secret for an order being delayed?

Order no 18985496 ordered 27 April and…

Order no 18985496 ordered 27 April and was misloaded and arrived 600 kms away. It has been in the Chronopost Depot there since 4 May. Contacted M&S several times and a feeble response of they will try to resolve it. They have not. Biggest warning now is that the M&S customer service email is now no reply.

Missing item and no customer service

My mother ordered a couple of items as Christmas presents for us in France from M & S France. She paid on her sterling card. The parcel eventually arrived with several courriers stickers, ripped and with only one item in ripped packaging. M & S refused to deal with me, despite me explaining that my Mom is 90 and wouldn't replace the missing item. I got my mother to phone them and all they'd do was refund her, so that means she's out of pocket for two lots of currency exchange. I emailed head office to complain, but never heard back. I'm sure delivery will get worse with brexit!
