Great bag
Great bag! I travelled 4 days around NYC with it, was light to walk around with and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are thinking of getting it.

First class experience...
My first order had a zipper broke off. Ive notified Mark Ryden and they have connected with me immediately to resolve my issue to send me a new bag. Even when im just inquiring about their promotions, someone responded even off hours. I love how the bag fits my day to day, its the perfect tech bag. On top of that, customer service here is phenomenal, I will definitely buy from them again!

Amazing
Honestly- the best service. They helped me make a choice for a bag that would fit my needs and nailed it! Exceptional customer service. As for the bag. I got the infinity. Its is my favorite bag I own. As a college student in accounting and working with a non profit this bag keeps my mobile office and classroom going!. I am organized and professional looking. If I ever want another briefcase/backpack hybrid. I Know where I am shopping! But this bag will last me years after I am done college!

Perfect experience does not exis....
Oh wait, apparently it does. I ordered the bag from their Canada website since the Indian website didn't have the model and Amazon was taking a month to deliver. The customer support is just amazing I can't explain how good the customer support it until you experience it. Starting from the time the item shipped, till the time it reached me, the customer support kept tracking and updating me. And yes, the bag is amazing too. It's very spacious and perfect for a weekend trip plan. Highly recommended

Exceptional product, exceptional service
You will not be disappointed in the merchandise or the people who work at Mark Ryden. I’m on the road 100+ days a year and I cannot stress how crucial this backpack has been for me. Beautifully made with tons of space, but it never feels heavy or bulky. The customer service at Mark Ryden is second to none. Absolutely the best travel goods purchase I have ever made.

The cell phone charger within the bag…
The cell phone charger within the bag doesn’t work, and the claws to hold the cell phone on the shoulder rubs on the inside of your arm and also gets stuck in your clothes while putting the bag on and off. Very disappointed in this bag.

You say the cell phone charger within the bag does not work, but we want to make sure you're using it correctly.
To clear things up, just in case you don't know. You need to connect the cable on the inside of the bag to a battery pack in order to have power for a charge. After the battery pack in connected to the cable you can connect your phone charging cable to the USB Charging port located on the outside of the bag to start charging your phone (the bag itself does not charge and must always be connected to a battery pack in order to have power for charging).
As for the cell phone holder. When you're not using this feature please fold the claws up into the strap to avoid it catching to your cloths.
