Mark Rober should cut ties with Merchline, the operator of this store. It's such a scam. They never even shipped my order (3 weeks later), so I've disputed the charge and am hoping to get a refund, only because they will not respond to my inquiries on shipping status. Do not waste your time or money.
Ordered a sweatshirt and paid $17 for priority shipping. It took a week to get it, which was a day after I needed it. I contacted customer service and got a very delayed, very canned response. I did not get a satisfactory response and have contacted them again. Still waiting!

You refused to alter my order to Denmark - shortly after it was made (wrong size). Then you ship it anyway - all the way to Denmark (green much - NOT).
After requesting to return it - and get a refund or the right size, I refuse the parcel when it arrived after 20+ days, when it was held in customs. It got returned automatically to sender address - where ever that is? (China?). So as of yet, i still haven't received any response to my mails, the return or gotten any refund. BUT of course - it has ONLY been 46 days!?
So heck NO - I'll never recommend this company!

I ordered a Glitter Bomb Wireframe Hoodie in XL for my son - who is (was) a BIG fan of Mark R.
When I received the order confirmation, I realized that it was YOUTH size XL, and not adult (we don't have that in my country).
My teen son is taller than a grown man - and needs a XL - adult. I immediately wrote to customer service - and asked if they could please change it before shipping a wrong size to Denmark?
It would not be very environmentally sound to ship it all the way here - just to return it, and ship another one, it wouldn't make sense at all!! BUT - I might as well have been talking to a wall - because - that was under no circumstance possible (mayby because the shirts are manufactured in China?). Basically - they (aka customer "service") told me to f*** off - laughing all the way to the bank.... Oh - and returns are not free for international customers.... AND we have to pay customs fees and import tax as well. BUT nobody at MR storefront, cares...
After waiting about 20 days for it arrive in Denmark, I refused it, so it could be shipped back to sender. Wrote customer "service" to advice them about that, letting them know, that I expected the sender address to be the same as the return address..... and then ..... radio silence.....
I don't expect to receive any refund either (not the only one I see!) - so If you consider buying anything here for your kids - DON'T!
Purchased an item from the Mark Rober store. Item never arrived (we waited over two months). Tried to contract the distribution company and Mark Rober direct, via email, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
No response and no refund. We tried to give them the opportunity to resolve the matter, but on every occasion they refuse to respond to us. The item was a present for my 10 year old son.
