Stay away
wish I could give 0 stars. Genuinely stay well away from this company, fake fake fake. No response from any email i sent. Dont buy from them
Lying to & misleading their customers
This company is an absolute scam, and are completely misleading and lying to their customers. They advertised the jacket as leather, reduced from $422 NZD to $118 NZD and the image they use looks like leather, but I received the jacket and it's 100% PU made in China. They draw people in saying they're having their biggest sale with up to 70% off which is ending soon because the store is closing, but months later they're still advertising the same sale.
This company is not legitimate
This company is not legitimate. They market their goods as leather and they aren't. It's impossible to send the items back when they arrive and they're not of the quality expected. Do not purchase anything from them. Stay away at all costs.
100% scam
100% scam. Do not recommend. Jacket was too small and had a flaw. Trying to claim it I had to send it back to Latvia for 20 EUR.
Had to claim it through Pay Pal because they stopped responding when they saw I want to claim my money back.
If you wish to have a lot of trouble for a lot of money for chinese goods, choose them. Otherwise, hands off this scam!
It is a scam, don't buy or you'll lost your money as I did
I was cheated by this thiefs I ordered a Jacket and I didn't receive anything it is a scam.
Don't buy, bad quality and not matching description
Ordered 2 jackets, both were smaller than the given measurement on the homepage.
One had a wrong sewed inner lining in the sleeve, can't wear it like this at all. Got in touch with the claim service 3 times. The second time it was like "you really think you are in time with giving back products..." It was a really bad experience all! And personally I'm angry the advertisement is still online on Instagram, I think now with another name?
SCAM
SCAM! I never received goods. Ordered in June /July and got same BS reply when queried order each time. Opened paypal dispute. And eventually got a full refund of 103 euro from PayPal this week.
It’s a scam
I bought two jackets three months ago. The first one was delivered after a month. The quality is poor and the fit does not match the measurement described. The second jacket never showed up. I wrote to enquire about it, it was lost be the shipping company. I asked for a refund, they refuse because it has already been resend (less than 24 hours later). I don’t believe them. It took two weeks to send it the first time. I don’t think I’ll see neither jacket nor the money again.
Don’t buy from them.
Refused to allow me to return a jacket
Refused to allow me to return a jacket. Opposite of positive online shopping helpfulness. V bad to experience in current environment. Bad for genuine business trying to make an honest go of it. Erodes trust
SCAM ALERT FOLKS!
SCAM ALERT FOLKS!
there are multiple sites offering the same goods, jacket I received was cheap plastic jacket instead of "leather "one. They got them at Ali express for max 20e and sell as leather goods in discount from 200 to 50e(in my case shop closing due to corona)
It is registered on Vres Industry or sth like that in Lithuania, that comp exists for 5 months only
I opened a dispute with paypal, they offered to return 30e I rejected stating I want full refund of price and delivery fee 64e. They instructed me to send the jacket back first, I paid another 18,5 e to do so, it has never been picked up and its stuck now in track and trace link. Paypal kept adking ME for proof that I sent it and the track and trace code, I did all I could, gave them all I could as proof, after a while they closed my dispute stating the trace code I provided is not valid. So Im in quarrel now even with Paypal since they seem to miss the 21st century and cyber age and its relation to new criminal tricks. This is no buyer protection whatsoever.
Western world online shopping market is no more save, since Chinese and other Eastern countries scammers entered it.
Now I always check where is the store located and if google shows weird place (block of flats in last case) I know its most probably another scam. Also their sites have similar style.
Dont lose your money and shop ONLY in well known online shops and your local ones!
This is a terrible quality jacket..
This is a terrible quality jacket... Pleather and too small xl and I'm size 14 and doesn't fit.. No answers from emails or messages.. Do not buy from this company they are only worth a few euros..
It is a scam
It is a scam. Jacket smelled bad, and they wont refund me.
Store is a scam and paypal agreed to us by refunding.
My GF bought from this webstore and told me about it.
First thing to notice is that the prices are too good to be true. I did some digging and found the following.
This webstore is definitely a scam, most likely they are getting their products from Aliexpress or the likes for the cheap price os $20-$40 then reshipping it to the buyer who paid $100+
For the EU, this store is posing as a EU webstore, however their site does not have any legit information that would make them an EU registered store, no VAT or Chamber of Commerce registration. so this alone already is a red flag.
when you pay with Paypal you can see the company behind the account which is called Vers Industries. a Lithuanian company.
anyway Customer support told my gf that all sales are final and no refund will be done. They also mentioned that the sale wouldn't have duty/tax collected by customs as this is already paid (as you are paying in EUR.
2 months later the goods arrived in the country however customs held it as it requires duty payment. My gf then disputed this with their support who are very quick to respond btw initially. But they are unable to help as cough cough "all sales are final".
Since the company is posing as an EU company, and the Paypal registered account is EU, they are bound to the EU law.
We rejected the goods from customs (and customs sent the goods back to the sender).
MarkMorten support now has gone radio silent and wont initiate a refund, so we took this to the Paypal Dispute.
I presented paypal with all my findings, including abit of google search regarding the webstore that its clear they are scamming.
MarkMorten had 3 weeks to respond to the dispute which they never responded too.
Paypal then took it further after the deadline which they gave markmorten a chance to appeal. they never did.
So in the end my gf got a refund from paypal of the full amount €280.
I suggest for people to do the same if you used Paypal.
if you have paid directly with creditcard, then please contact your Card provider as they tend to have Purchase Protection which you can claim your money back.
P.S.
All goods comes from china.
The store has a Final Sales due to COVID19, and pressuring buyers to buy quickly form them. But this is not true.
They are only using the whole COVID sitaution and taking advantage of users.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
They have already 3 months of final stock sale aka "closing doors because of corona", but for some reason they have full stock of all items and sizes and are actually even updating new collections. The item arrives from china for over a month and the quality is nothing like in the pictures. This is not only false advertisement but straight out cheating because they don't even own the items and just order them from China!
100% SCAM. DO NOT BUY
Please please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. This stupid company is taking advantage of COVID, their last day of sale has been ongoing since Late July / August. At first glance their company seems legit, well priced jackets and reviews (which are all fake). They definitely employ tactics to pscyhologically appeal to their buyers which adds a sinister layer to this whole issue.
You might think you are getting quality european leather jackets from their advertisements - but the jackets ships from china.
Sizing is way off, quality is very very poor (cut out labels, metal are all scratched) and it has a horrible stench. I want to echo the other 1 star reviews here that the jackets came from China and you could probably buy them for 1/10th of the advertising price.
They make it almost impossible to return their products.
Lucky I paid via paypal so theres abit of protection involved but they drag the resolution process as long as possible. They ask you to return it in Lithuana where return shipping can be expensive in some parts of the world. They also refused delivery (I was contacted by the international carrier) so you if ever you gone through this route, make sure to keep calling paypal so they can resolve in your favor, especially if youve followed the return instructions to the letter. Its still worth jumping through the hoops and not letting them win.
One of the worst experience and mistakes from an online purchase.
I BEGRUDGE THE ONE STAR...SCAM CHINESE COMPANY
I begrudge one star! do NOT buy from this scam company they do NOT have a shop, they are NOT closing down.....they are a front for a scam chinese company who send very poor quality items that do not in the slightest resemble the product in the advertisement that you think you are buying!! The coat that finally arrived was of very poor quality and the sizing is a joke, I would even be embarrassed donating it to my local charity shop. And there is no way that it is worth the £66.00 I have been fleeced out of. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I HAVE !
Awful company - avoid!!!!
Awful company. Sizing completely incorrect. I was refused an exchange and offered 50% off future purchase. They said they couldn't accept returns due to closing down due to covid. Absolute rubbish - it's been their last day of operating for months. Then wrote an email requesting a refund given incorrect sizing on their site. Cited my legal rights but this was ignored. Finally, after many many months, got a refund through PayPal disputes. I had to pay about £13 to return the jacket to Lithuania but that was absolutely worth it. There was no way I was letting these awful people win.
Oh, and you can buy these jackets for half the price from elsewhere.
Pay Pal may not refund you.
It's worth noting as well that Pay Pal has denied my refund claim for this scammer. They may deny others as well. Buyer beware.
Found this page purely by mistake and…
Found this page purely by mistake and decided to have a good look at the jacket I have been trying to sell for the price I got it for..... while I understand delays due to Covid and the fact that it took 3 months to get to me, I now note it is labelled SHEIN (near the label on how to take care of it). I am absolutely saddened that a company would do this - and to still be open it operating under a different name.
Don't buy from this scam company
Terrible company. Shipping took forever until I received the product well after the 30 day refund period. I received a jacket that looked like the one advertised but was labeled from another manufacturer (Zara). And the sizing chart was incorrect to a laughable degree. When I reached out to 'customer service' they said they couldn't refund sale material but offered a 40% discount on a future purchase... no thank you. They then changed their tune and said they could only refund if there was an error in ordering or shipping, but obviously under their description my complaint didn't qualify for either of those.
If you've fallen for the scam, be sure to check with your credit provider if you can initiate chargeback proceedings for material not as described! (Usually you have to do it within 30 or 60 days, depending on the provider.) I managed to get my money back in the end, but it was a headache and a half.
