Set up website which took weeks for a…

Set up website which took weeks for a very basic landing page then we had a problem and you just not get a reply we are now left without website and having to pay another company to design a new site stay clear

Horrendous service.

Tread carefully. Great sales pitch said the right things. Signed up, had good interactions at 1st then bang, Nothing. Claiming he sent stuff on the portal and didn't have whatsapp installed and didn't check it but then checked it within hours of me saying I wanted to cancel. (WhatsApp is where he does his sales pitch BTW)

Heard nothing for 6 weeks. Claims he sent emails, nothing.

He said the website was nearly done. Asked for the link, he said he couldn't send it as was away from desk but could cancel my account there and then.

Just absolutely painful and wasted 2 months. Got another company to build same site in 9 days.

Be careful what you sign up for.

I have worked with Firefly for many years. They have changed their name to reflect their emphasis on digital marketing. Their social media and search engine optimization has greatly helped. The website work is quite good as well.
