KEEP AWAY FROM marketprophet.ai

When I joined I was told I could try the product for 6 months and if I didn't like it then I could get a refund of $2000. I was also promised a 30% annual return based on their AI tool that would predict market direction, create trades and those trades would be reviewed by several former hedge fund traders.
Well, I lost over $10,000. Needless to say, I didn't like the service and they will not process my refund!!
Also, I signed up for automated trading and was told I would be reimbursed for those monthly fees. they NEVER reimbursed me for those fees either.
Now, they will not return my phone calls, text messages, or emails.
