Very disappointed with customer support this time around!have been trying for the last 6 weeks…
I have been trying for the last 6 weeks trying to have my theme updated and a few minor glitches fixed. I have tried emails and going through marketplace solutions and Shopify. I was told someone would be in touch but that never happened. Emails were unanswered, leaving me very frustrated. I am unable to launch my store until these things are fixed.I thought I would have better customer service with a paid theme and I was wrong. I was told by Shopify that if I wanted to update my theme I would have to start from scratch. So now I am left with a useless theme and months of work down the drain.
