What is wrong with M & S

I have tried to get into womens cloths, three times been told my password is wrong, I use show I know it is correct, three times I have changed it never before have I had such a carry on, I will shop else wear.

I received some flowers from there…Marks and Spencer

I received some flowers from there online service, on receipt of these flowers they were dead and broken. I have spent the whole day sending emails to get replies from different people asking the same question to be told after 8 hours they needed the person who ordered them to email in . Picture have been sent but are reluctant to do anything about this poor quality of flowers. DO NOT BUY FROM them as they don't have the customer best interest at at. Disgusting customer service and poor quality flower, very disappointed.

No customer service

No customer service.
Went through chat. Lots of time wasting questions because their “bot” is dumb and doesn’t understand a human. Once I got Past the bot to chat. After wasting time on chat they said call customer service who after 15 mins still didn’t answer. So all in all nearly 40 minutes of my time wasted and still no nearer gaining a refund for an accidental over payment of my credit card bill. Internet banking does not work.

Unexpected experiences…

I had an extraordinary shopping experience in their Stratford store, thanks to Zineb. I was looking for shapewear to make my daily life much much more comfortable. I do not know how… 🤔 … but she has an aura, which was created a comforting and trusting environment to talking about my needs. My words were listened, my questions were answered and the result of our friendly conversation was, I left the store with much much more confident and with purchased items.
… oh and I surprised her manager, to giving compliment about my shopping experiences instead of complain.
