Poor quality and unhelpful customer service
I ordered a dress from Mari The Brand and unfortunately received it with stains on the fabric. I contacted customer service and, although their policy states no refunds or exchanges, I hoped they would recognize this as a quality issue.
At first, they asked for photos, which I provided. Their final response was to offer me only a 30% partial refund (excluding shipping) if I returned the dress at my own expense via tracked delivery. This hardly felt fair, considering the item arrived faulty in the first place.
I replied to their offer but never received any further response. Being left without a clear resolution is both frustrating and disappointing.
Overall, I found their customer service unhelpful, their policies very rigid, and the whole process stressful. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect reliable quality control or fair treatment when issues arise.
