I paid 150 euros for some shoes and after 10 day they answer my email that the order it's on the way but when I asked for the money back, i got the message could not be sent and that the address it's expired.
It's a scam!
This is a fraud they use different names as Marinescu or Vasilescu and presents clothes as high quality but they send them from China. They have hundred of complains and the authorities and the banks are tracking them.
Hundred of people from Romania made complains agaisnt them and doesn’t want to make refunds.
I got scammed as many others. My first order did not arrive, as it got lost. This process took almost 2 months. They asked me if i want them to send the product again. I said yes…. I was curious about the product. The second order arrived very fast, but had nothing to do with the pictures… The material is very bad. It is like a cheap tracksuit with a furry inside. It is not something I can wear… Not worth the money.
A traumatic experience. The products are presented in a false way, almost unrelated to what you order. The name of the company deliberately misleads the customer, having no connection to Bucharest. The products arrived to me after a month, having already been paid for. I do not recommend shopping from them.
It's a scam!
The return policy states the customer has to pay 100 Ron to return the product back to China even though the order is from a store in Romania!
What you see in the pictures is not what you receive! The items look very qualitative but in reality it's rubbish! Lowest quality for high price!
Also I have received my order after 19 days.
It’s a scam. Dutch company using a Romanian name to scam Romanians. The 4 items never arrived. They claim a NL vat number and a CUI which doesn’t exist. Too bad I have checked these after waiting 1 month for my order.
I have been waiting for almost a month for stuff of low quality and different measure then what I have asked.
I bought an L and I received an M...maybe. It fits my 14 yo son.
It is a low quality of made in china. If you want to return you must send to china, according to the contranct. AVOID MARINESCU BUCURESTI
