Received a new bike in the mail with a bent derailleur hanger. I placed the order for a replacement hanger and received it in two days. Nothing worse than downtime, nothing better than super fast customer service! (Love their bikes too, this new bike is my second Marin!)

Great bikes until you have a problem
Great bikes until you have a problem. Non-existent customer service. I have tried sending emails and messaging them on social media. I have received no replies. It has been over three months.

Great bike
Great bike. I use it everyday as a commuter. The gear shifting is a little clunky but I’m hoping after some more break in time that gets better.
