I've bought PS3 / PS4 games and hardware from them a bunch of times.
They always have very good prices, and send the goods quickly (from HK), so I recommend them.

Today i got one transaction message from Marrio128.and it was not done by me

I ordered in July 19, it is now the 25th and the order is still listed as "processing" even though the website says shipped within 24 hours. They have not responsed to 2 emails, an eBay message, and there are no phone numbers. I don't even know what I can do and I'm out 100$ American dollars. They have not updated their Facebook or twitter pages since June of this year. DO NOT BUY!!! And what can I do???😭😭😭😭😭

I sent a few mails to them, to ask for information.
They just send you a copy of your inquiry in a link, and I'm not sure if you have to wait for them to answer them. I waited like a month and bought from somewhere else.
Tough I like the fact that they have specifications on the language/region of every game, and sometimes they tell you they have the game you asked for, and when you follow the link, it's not there anymore.

I have spent over $400 on games from Mariio128 and I had always had a good outcome until my latest purchase. I bought three Xbox 360 games in January all of which at the time I looked on the product description pages to check that they would work in my region. All of them stated that they would, so I paid for them.

When I got the games, one of them did not work on my Xbox because it was region locked. So I went back on their website to the product description page and the region had changed to say that it would not work in my region.

I then emailed them about 5 or so times over the next 4 months and even lodged a complaint with PayPal but I never received a reply. I even sent them proof that it definitely stated it would work at the time of my purchase by using a cached page from 22 days after I bought it clearly showing that they had changed it at some point after my purchase.

Finally, over four months after my purchase I received a PayPal refund with no explanation or any contact from them. It is a shame that they did this because I did like buying from them until this happened. I can't believe they never responded to any of my emails and I will never buy from them again.
