I recently placed an order for a Marilyn Leather Legs Garters and Vanessa panties. I was thrilled to receive it much faster than I had anticipated. The prompt delivery of my package was truly remarkable, and it made me very happy.

When I opened my package, I was blown away by the exquisite unboxing experience. The attention to detail and care that went into the packaging was evident, and it made me feel truly special. The way the product was presented was simply outstanding.

Excellent quality and experience!

Bought this garter for my girlfriend as a surprise and was nervous about the fit and quality. Both were superb! The quality of the leather and the hardware is outstanding. The measurements were true to size and allowed for plenty of adjusting. Also had excellent assistance from Phillip and Anna. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. Items arrived quickly and were packaged beautifully. Overall great experience!

I made a big purchase that arrived…

I made a big purchase that arrived almost a month late. I was travelling when it arrived, naturally it was the end of the year. When I wrote to you to return you said I couldnt return my items. That they didn't qualify. But most of the items I wanted to return were returnable! I wrote back to you twice but still didnt get an answer back. Very disappointing.

Low Quality Goods, Predatory Company

Their products are cheap and their return policy is predatory. For the price point, it’s ridiculous that they only give you two weeks from delivery to return a ****ing Christmas present. Now I’ve got $200 worth of stuff my wife can’t wear and they won’t even exchange it. Don’t waste your money on these shysters.

Disappointing to say the least. Don't order!

Very obvious that this company only takes the time to respond to, somewhat questionable, positive reviews. Take responsibility! If you can't deliver, for whatever reason, refund your customers. A delay, when reasonable, is within expectation but weeks and months later and still no order...that is unacceptable. You don't proactively provide information about delays, I really can't relate to the 5 star "service". Excuses upon excuses, I am fed up. Refund!!

Scam? What’s your experience..

Scam? I didn’t received a shipping number so far after 6 days. Seems they sell products out of stock if you believe in very friendly emails apologising the delay due to high order numbers.
Nervous about the other similar one star ratings / experience.
But strong Instagram marketing still ongoing. I suppose my gift will not arrive in time. Shipping Costs > 50€ they announced.
Luckily I payed with PayPal and customer protection insurance. But I will wait if they are able to deliver fast. We will see.

I hope to change this review in a positive experience soon.

I addition, I changed from 2⭐️⭐️ to 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because their Customer Happiness Team is impressively responsive and friendly.
Because my order was a deadline present and delivery wasn’t processed in time, I got a 100% refund on my PayPal account.

In addition they flagged the possibility of a delay on their website, after my suggestion, which was awesome und very customer orientated.

I will order again but not under pressure of the delivery date.

Only 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because the order couldn’t be processed as expected in 2 weeks. Happiness team 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Massive delay, incorrect information and didn’t receive anything yet.

I’ve made an order on the 13th of October and still didn’t received it!! I’ve send the customer service multiple messages which they replied immediately but again and again with promises they don’t live up to. Every time they are selling me a BS story. I can imagine that sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but this is ridiculous and I’m now at a point that I lost all my trust in the company. It feels like I’ve been robbed!! Item never delivered- is this a scam?

As a few other reviewers have posted. My item never arrived.

The shipping on their website states 1-4 days and should’ve cost €11.95.

I was charged over double this price €24 and a week later they hadn’t even sent the package. I chased asking where it was, to be given the same story of warehouse issues.

We are now 3 weeks after my order date. With no shipping confirmation, and no closer to receiving my item.
