Recently, I had some hiccups with an order and the team went above and beyond to be helpful and fair. I contacted an associate who took ownership in resolving my issue from start to finish. Absolutely incredible service
This is my second time ordering from MarieMur, but my first time using the concierge customer service. I am completely impressed and obsessed. Not only do they have quality lingerie, but my experience with customer service was unbelievable! I was unsure about the bra sizing and decided to reach out and see what they say. I was in a bit of hurry due to the sale (and needing it by the next Friday) so I ordered a medium while I waited for a response. I wasn’t expecting such a quick response due to it being a holiday weekend, but Pylyp responded with what size they recommend given my measurements. He recommended I get a large. I saw online they still had stock of large so I asked if I could switch out my order for the large instead. I wasn’t expecting it to be that easy but Pylyp made it happen! Such a refreshing experience all around. Highly recommend! Thank you Pylyp for all your assistance!

Poor refund response.
Product are great. I sent in an item for a refund. It has been 4 weeks, no contact, no refund. I sent a message, quick response of looking into it. Still no reply on the return.

I ordered a bra, reveived it and wanted to send it back because it did not fit. Mariemur rejected the return request on Feb. 11th. Reason: They told me that "they awarded the wearing instructions" to me (what is not correct). I explained them on Feb. 12th that it does not fit and has nothing to do with "wearing instructions". Until now there was no more answer from mariemur. So this is very bad service in my opinion.

5-6 day delivery is a lie. It’s been 14 days and nothing…
They say delivery is between 5-6 days. I ordered on the 21st, it’s still not with the delivery company. I chased after 6 days, 11 days and now 14 days. They’re saying it won’t arrive by Tuesday as I hoped to have it for a gift on Wednesday.
