Over Two Months to Arrive and probably 60m of emailing and phone calls—Never Again

The product took over two months to arrive. The shipping service was appalling, and customer service was completely unhelpful throughout. I wouldn’t buy from them again—or even accept a free item—unless they radically change their logistics. The product is finally here, but yet to unbox. No matter how wonderful, i regret buying from them. Return and refund request sent when product was untraceable were denied.

I love Mariemur

🚩 AVOID AT ALL COSTS - 33 DAYS AND STILL NO DELIVERY 🚩

🚩🚩 I'm writing this review on July 1st, 33 days after placing my order on May 29th. MARIEMUR promised 8-10 business days delivery.

We're now at 24 business days and I still don't have my package. This is beyond unacceptable for any brand, let alone one calling itself "luxury."

The timeline speaks for itself and it's absolutely shocking. It took them 11 days just to create a shipping label. ELEVEN DAYS.

Then another 8 days to actually get the package to the shipping facility. That's 19 days just to get my order out their door. For reference, other lingerie gets packages to my door in my countryin 2-3 days total.

🚨 The tracking went dark on June 26th and hasn't moved since. When I contacted support, I got the usual copy-paste responses about how "the carrier is slow" and "please be patient." This isn't a carrier issue - this is MARIEMUR's complete failure to manage their logistics. I paid €121 (including duties) in shipping costs for this nightmare.

Customer service is absolutely useless. They offered me a $40 gift card as compensation, which is insulting. I don't want credit to shop with a company that can't deliver what they promise. I want my money back. When you advertise 8-10 business days and take over a month, that's false advertising.

🚩 For context, I regularly order from actual luxury lingerie brands. None of them have ever taken more than 1 weeks to deliver internationally. MARIEMUR is in a league of their own when it comes to poor service.

Save yourself the headache and order literally anywhere else. There are dozens of better lingerie brands that actually know how to run a business in 2025. MARIEMUR is amateur hour disguised as luxury, and their shipping process proves it.

After placing an expensive order

After placing an expensive order, I was surprised to learn that additional duties and taxes would be required upon delivery — something that was not clearly communicated at checkout. Despite reaching out multiple times, the company failed to provide a concrete delivery date even after the promised delivery window had passed.

When I asked for a refund due to the delay and unexpected costs, they refused to process it immediately, instead advising me to "refuse delivery" — without guaranteeing a proper return or refund timeline!

A customer should never be left unsure about extra charges or forced to chase a refund because of the seller's logistics problems!

I regret trusting this company and would not recommend it to anyone expecting transparency, responsibility, or proper customer support.

Mariemurs excellent customer service and support

We bought a bunch of different items. A few that we needed to return and their customer service was very gracious about it. One of the items that we kept was especially striking, the cupless bra is just exquisite at any price point and we ended up ordering another one because it was so good! Their stuff is expensive but what you would expect from Good Old American USA quality. We will definitely be doing more business with them.

Pylyp my concierge took great care to make sure that I got exactly what I needed upfront and then when I had to credit items. I was very upset because I had missed estimated my size and I was extremely anxious about spending so much money and being credited back because I had to return the items I had no choice. They were so beautiful and they came in a very lovely box with a lovely note and the lovely Silky bag and I was very upset. I was completely taken care of, and I got all of my credit today COB thank you so much.

Refuse to send item

After one month, the package has yet to leave Bulgaria. When I query what's happening, I'm told that it's my job to contact their shipping company and find out why they're not sending the package.

One thing is that it takes 3 weeks for MarieMur to BEGIN sending an order, but then to require that I fix why it never leaves their warehouse is insane
