I saw an ad for this dress by chance and fell in love right away. It looked so beautiful on the model—very feminine, light, and with a really special design.
I wasn’t feeling good that day and bought it on impulse, even though it was quite expensive. Later I started to doubt my decision.
But when I received it and tried it on, it was perfect—just like in the ad. Now it’s truly my favorite dress. 😊

Shockingly bad service!

First, the dress wasn't delivered, and I wasn't informed. Only after I contacted you were I notified of the delay. I then canceled the order - it was confirmed, and yet it was delivered anyway! Now you can't find the return, and you won't refund my money. This has been dragging on since March!!! I'm extremely disappointed!

What is going wrong with your service???

The dresses were displayed beautifully and I loved the vibrant colors! My beautiful pink lace dress is stunning and I am wearing it for Mothers Day! My little red dress fit so well I bought a blue one! Love your dresses!

This dress is absolutely beautiful. I bought the white one and was so impressed with it that I also bought the red as well. THEN it comes out in pink which is my all time favourite colour. I pondered over it for a while and my daughter said "Mum, just get it". So i did!! :) It is just beautiful. Cannot wait to wear it.

I am trying to return an item and its very difficult to track as they do not include an invoice in the box with the order number. They also can not track it by address, name, email or phone number. It should not be this difficult.

Bought two dresses, beautiful quality material & loved the design of one, the other didn’t suit. Delivery service was really quick. Customer service took a few days to reply but was extremely helpful & highly professional with a number of suggestions re the second dress. Delighted with them. I’d highly recommend them.

The fabric is absolutely divine, the flow of the dress is beautiful.
My white dress is to die for, but I haven’t had the chance to wear it yet.

I have very recently bought the Kim multicolour and the Clementine. Delivery to Australia was extremely quick. The dresses amazing. You pay for quality and that is what you get. Only had a chance to wear them once each but had compliments immediately. Have recommended Marielle as now I have 3 beautiful dresses, one bought last year ready for Christmas. Casual elegance.

I got a beutiful dress for a wedding. I knew I like the crulean blue in the catelog picture but when I got it the the color was so brilliant It made me instantly happy. I got at least 5 compliments at the wedding. The only hitch was with the wait time it took at least two weeks. Luckily it came it time

I ordered two dresses for the first time and both are absolutely stunning. They are super high quality—maintaining structure and staying wrinkle free. Best of all they are comfortable! They are effortlessly chic. I highly recommend-you won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a dress and paid a significant shipping fee at checkout. I have now received a DHL request for an additional £77.02 in import duty/tax before the parcel can be delivered.

This was not made clear to me when I ordered. If I had known I would be charged almost another £80 on top of the item and shipping cost, I would not have placed the order.

I have contacted the company asking them to clarify this as the final cost is now much higher than the amount I agreed to at checkout.

I now feel stuck, because I either have to pay the extra charge to receive the dress, or refuse it and risk losing the money I have already paid while waiting for the parcel to be returned and refunded.

Stunning quality & original prints. These dresses are show stopping. To add to this the refreshingly professional customer service adds the cherry 🍒 on the cake. In a digital world full of retailers MS standa apart.

After declining delivery due to over £90 import duty I am still waiting for a refund over 1 month ago. Frequently contacted lillian in customer support but no refund.

You may not be looking for compliments when wearing a Marielle Stokkelaar dress, but you will get them! I feel that they are unique , comfortable elegant. No matter where or when! I have built up a collection and, yes, I’ll continue!

I live in Germany and delivery was really fast. The dress is so nice and colourful. I wasn't sure if the one-size-fits-all would be fine for me. I wear size 44(XXL) but it fits very well. Hope, spring comes soon....
