Appalling customer service!

I Pre-ordered the Butterfly Anniversary 4LP vinyl edition 8 months ago. The money was taken from me in September 2022. In March 2023 the item still hadn’t arrived and they kept delaying the shipping date. They provided no information/explanation and I had to be the one reaching out to find out where the item was. They would simply respond that they did not have a new date every time.

Now in May, 8 months after pre-ordering the item, I receive an email that the item is no longer available and it will not be sent to me at all. A simple apology and nothing else. The opportunity of having what I purchase is no longer on the table, only a refund or a replacement for a different product.

I’ve spent 8 months with them holding my money, 8 months patiently waiting, while they kept me from buying this edition elsewhere, only to find out now that it will not be shipped at all. It is beyond my comprehension how an item that was pre-ordered, confirmed, how come a pre-ordered item can suddenly become unavailable, when the company knew from the start how many items to make and confirmed they would.

This then prevented me from buying similar edition or the same item elsewhere, which is no longer possible - as the item is sold out everywhere.

This is not the first time I experience something similar with this store, which seems to take our money and wait extremely long periods of time, delay deliveries and not send customers what they purchased.

Extremely unreliable & deceitful company. I placed my order on 1st December and they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Nothing arrived for Christmas and I was left with no gift for my daughter, even though the item stated it had been dispatched on their system! I received no communication from the company. A month later, when I chased up where my order was and asked for a refund, they then chose to inform me that they were unable to fulfil my order, so it was never even sent! They then informed me they weren’t aware that my order hadn’t been dispatched, until I asked them for a refund! So they would have just kept my money, if I hadn’t followed this up! As a huge Mariah Carey fan, I feel this disorganised company, with such poor communication, doesn’t bode well for her loyal and totally committed fans!
