The most irresponsible team i have ever met. This was the 2md time today that the doctor changed thr time and MARHAM didnt have the audacity to inform us on time. Visiting doctor from Gulistan e jauhar ro Khayaban e sehar takes alot of time. The appointment was set to be on 6:30 pm while there was no update reagarding time and when i was leaving home at 5:15, the personal assistant at the hospital, called me to ask if i am coming at 5:15 or not. I was shocked as i got 6:30 pm time. This was the 2nd time MARHAM didnt even thought to inform. THE WORST WORST TEAM I HAVE MET

Marham is fraud please avoid using this app. They take the money and doctors dont pick up the call. On complain they dont return the money. Use oladoc instead
Very bad experience
Very bad experience, pathetic irresponsible behaviour, I paid payment, send them proof, but I have to wait 4 hours, I called multiple times but in the end they stop responding my call.. Will not recommend to anyone.
Good Experience
Update: They refunded me and I have used their service three times as of now. With no issues
Absolutely worst service. I don't recommend them. Please go to the doctor instead of booking an online session with them and save your time and money.
Bogus appointments
I booked my appointment via Marham and got the confirmation message. When I reached the hospital on time, doctor was not available and I had no appointment. Very poor job Marham, you didn't inform me about doctor unavailability. Not gonna trust on your services again.
I was waiting for a doctor for 25…
I was waiting for a doctor for 25 minutes in an online video consultation. She showed up after 25 minutes. The video quality was bad, she cut the call by itself. Then say your online consultation is completed. This is an easy way to hoard money from people. I have very bad experience. Don't trust them it is a scam especially in the online consultation.
Took my money with no appointment
So I booked an online appointment and paid the fee. They failed to notify further steps to join the appointment. I had to chase them through email and WhatsApp for help. After some initial response they’ve become totally silent. Don’t trust this platform as like all other Pakistani things it’s a waste of time and money.
Over Rated Prof Dr Javed Akram
Booked an appointment through Marham to consult Prof Dr Javed Akram on 25 Oct at 1715 hrs. Greatly disappointed with the Doctor's attitude. Oonchi Dukaan; Pheeka Pakwan. Javed Akram is highly over rated. Did not listen to my expaination of the issue, and rather totally relied on already prepared history by a junior doctor. Has been now 3 x days and hasn't responded to my query that I sent him alongside Lab Reports on his WhatsApp no.

I used the website to find a doctor
I used the website to find a doctor. I used the best one available according to the website from the reviews. He was called professor doctor amer hydri. I’m from England and I went there to see family and decided to get my nose fixed. Honestly don’t trust the website. He was a full on cowboy. He was meant to be a brigadier in the army which made me feel like I could trust him. The initial consultation was at the Air Force hospital. I felt like it was a clean and nice looking place. He asked me to come a couple days later for my operation. On the operation day I turned up at the location he had given me and it wasn’t the airforce hospital, it was his own “hospital”. It was disgusting and dirty. I was desperate so I ignored the missing tiles on the roof and the dirt laying around. It wasn’t good enough to be a kennel for a dog. The doctor had asked me to get like 5 different tests done at the consultation. When it was time for my operation they took me into the shocking place they called the operation theatre and told he the doctor will be here soon. As soon as he arrived, walked in and injected me with anaesthetic and got on with the operation. He didn’t check a single test he had asked me to do as my family member had that folder. I weigh around 60kg and they gave me a ridiculously excessive amount of anasthetic. I didn’t immediately wake up after the operation. They were worried so then proceeded to pinch me awake and about 6 hours after I woke up. As soon as I woke up they told me I had to leave in half an hour. After the operation I couldn’t eat for 2 days as I would vomit it out. I went to see a local doctor to get help as I couldn’t sleep, eat snd drink. It turned out getting an excessive amount of anaesthetic causes that reaction. So I was given treatment to fix that issue by a local doctor in the village. You don’t realise the healthcare in Pakistan isn’t the same as Europe . Something routine in Europe and cost your life in Pakistan. Them 2 days after the operation I suffered and felt like I was going to die. I was regretting my decision to have a operation but it was too late to change that decision. The operating surgeons works in multiple hospitals in a single day. You’re just another cash cow. You’re just an animal they can make money off. I’m actually worse off my nose is worse than before and he also manages to cause other problems that didn’t exist. He gave me uneven nostrils and actually made the deviation worse which was apparent immediately after the operation even while there was swelling on my nose. For your own sake please don’t use them for finding a good doctor. I also used the maryam.pk website to leave the doctor a review and guess what they didn’t post it. I don’t think the reviews are real and the website helps these cowboys scam people by not uploading negative but honest reviews. I feel upset writing this but my hope is someone doesn’t make the same mistake I made. There are many good doctors in Pakistan but I request you don’t use marham.pk as someone you can trust to find you a doctor. It’s just a business to the so called doctors snd this website assists them. I went onto their website to check if they posted my review and they still haven’t. They will not post your negative review.
