I ordered the brass (gold) console table at £295.
Very light and some discolouration of the brass (or metal made to look like brass). Made in China. Good design but I think the customer is being ripped off with price as little to it and not great quality!

Great company . Order arrived quickly and on time .

Fantastic food, fantastic staff and great atmosphere. We were all catered for, 3 vegetarian and 1 gluten free afternoon teas. Nothing was too much trouble. Booking for Christmas already.

Very poor experience in the restaurant…
Wraps took over an hour to materialise and were sadly not particularly good when they did. Apparently the open prawn sandwich was good but was on a toasted bread roll🤷🏼‍♀️
No apology offered…

Appalling....ordered a vase priced at £71.50 which was described as "distressed" but the item I received was actually damaged, it had chips and scrapes and scratches all over it and all extremely visible, when I contacted the Co I was told that this was "distressed", when in fact the vase was actually damaged, they arranged a return that they received the day after collection, I emailed them three days after they received the returned item and they came back with a "10 to 14 days wait for refund policy as per website" yet after 14 days still no refund, yet another email and then miraculously on receipt of this email my refund appeared, at best incompetent at worst? holding onto a refund until after the due date simply because a customer disagrees with their interpretation of "distressed"?, petty.....

I am late in posting this review but wanted to say how pleased I was with the console table I bought over Christmas, it’s a lovely piece of quite unique furniture and complements my lounge nicely.

Bought an elegant nest table duo. I am the queen of nest tables, so love the two removal trays and the general art deco vibe of this piece. However, the legs are not so sturdy so I think it was a little overpriced. Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick - within a few working days. I also called M&P as I was originally unsure why the trays didn't fit on top. It turns out, I had the unit the wrong way around! They were very helpful and understanding on the phone. Will buy more from them in future and have to give them 5 for service and professionalism.

Love their fancy glasses. Ordered the jewelled gin glasses, loved them so much I ordered the wine glasses, loved them too so ordered the flute ones. Only one criticism the flute glasses are different sizes and two don't fit in my display cupboard. That's the only reason I've gone 4 star.

Great food and coffee. Lovely home decor shop. Lovely ladies great customer service. Can even take my dog in and they give her a treat. What’s not to like. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend Margo and plum. Customer service is spot on. Absolutely lovely lady. Item arrived damaged no fault of the seller. But it was quickly resolved and placement sent. Definitely be purchasing from this shop again. Beautiful items!

Awful service and all round customer service, placed an order for tlstandard delivery of 3 -5 days and was told when I questio ed them that the order was being processed on the final day it should have been delivered, when I received an email on the day of order saying my order HAS BEEN PROCESSED. First and last time I use this company.

I bought a mirror after seeing a Facebook advert. Firstly the picture makes this mirror look a lot bigger than it actually is so do check the dimensions if you are thinking of buying this. Secondly and more importantly the mirror is an actually black, not gold like in the picture. I purchased this thinking it would look like the picture, it does not, so I returned it for a refund. As it was misrepresented on the website I was expecting full refund, however despite asking for a refund for the shipping costs,  it has been ignored. I did also have to
Wait quite a long time for the refund and had to chase it up.

Very happy with the vase I bought. Good customer services and would definitely buy from again.

Shop until you drop and then relax. A gem of a place. A great addition to the village. It has a brilliant retail shop. I just want to buy everything, with the addition of this very friendly, atmospheric coffee shop. Serves everything from great savoury bakes ( sausage rolls, vegetarian pasties, quiches,beef and onion baguettes warmed, smoked salmon and cream cheeses bagel, falafel, prawns, ploughman's lunch with the world famous Dickinson and Morris Melton Mowbray, Pork Pies and Tuxford and Tebbitt Stilton Cheese again from Melton Mowbray has to be my favourite. Excellent bakes, scones ( red Leicester and red onion, cheese
Scones and olive, & fruit scones,), almond breakfast croissants, raspberry and coconut tarts. Everything homemade or from Hambleton bakery. A very busy place. Ample parking. Excellent staff and service.

Such a wonderful shop, stocked with so many reasonably priced items and amazing coffee too. So welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Iain we look forward to visiting you again soon.

Extremely happy with our purchases from Margo & Plum.
Prompt delivery and packaged with care and a touch of luxury. We purchased the flamingo feather lamp, Ideally suited to lounge due to large size but very good quality, also purchased the pineapple lamp, also good quality. Full five star recommended.

First class customer service. We had a problem with something we ordered, I can’t fault how the lovely people are from M and P and how they resolved it, first class service and so impressed. The shop is beautiful too.
