Not reliable for VPS
You want your VPS to be up all the time but this VPS service goes down frequently. I reached out about turning my VPS back on again today (because it randomly is down again for reasons they can't explain) and the support hasn't contacted me back all day. Support seemed nice at first, but I got the same agent every time my VPS went down leading me to suspect their team is too small to provide reasonable support.
After going down four times in just two weeks and for hours and entire days at a time, I can't recommend anyone purchase this service

Instead, the VPS experienced a Windows operating system crash that resulted in a boot failure. We recovered the VPS, provided you with a detailed explanation of our findings, recommended a fresh OS reinstallation to ensure long-term stability, and offered 1 month of free service as a goodwill gesture.
Because reinstalling the operating system permanently erases all data, we requested your confirmation before proceeding. We did not receive a response following our update, and the cancellation request that had already been submitted was subsequently processed automatically by our billing system in accordance with our standard cancellation procedure.
