I didn’t want to judge without testing. I used their copy trading feature and really enjoyed making money without much effort, so I gave it 5 stars.

I've been emailing them multiple times per week for about 4 months now and they just refuse to answer my emails. I tried emailing from a different email account and they answer, but they just tell me that I need to email them from the email associated with my margex account. I explain that I've already done that, like 100 times, and I get no response. I discovered that they have a community thread on Telegram so I sent a message there. My message was completely respectful and just asking for help. Their response was to block me from the thread. They seem to really hate me. Which wouldn't be so bad except that they are sitting on about $800 worth of my etherium. I just want my money back. I've had a pending withdrawl for months but they won't send it and they won't fix my account to let me trade. So I'm just stuck in limbo with no one willing to respond to my inquiries. These are terrible evil people.

Update: my $800 of Etherium is now worth about $500. I can't even convert it to a stable coin, so I just have to sit and watch it dwindle. When this first started it was worth about $1000, so they have effectively stolen about $500 from me.

This is a scam dont put money on it!!!
They blocked my account saying was strange activity.
After days of discussion I ad new access and my btc was desappeared, the day after the block.
They said I've done it, its obviously false.
I ask data of the transaction and they dont want to give me.
I sbmittet compliant to interpol and Seychell police.
I newly asked ip of transaction and they dont answer.
Stay away!!!!

this is scam . dont get fooled by their ads on 99bitcoins or other famous sites THEY GOT PAID TO ADVERTISE this scam
after i deposit my 8k USDT they blocked my access to the account and after a week of sending emails they finaly unblocked me but i couldnt withdraw and again that day closed my account
if any1 wants Transaction link or do any legal action against them plz let me know on this thread

I'm totally satisfied with Margex. I have used them for 1.5 years now. They have the lowest fees and I never had a problem unlike other exchanges.

I am re-submitting this review which was taken down. Trustpilot said they would review it But I haven't had a reply in weeks.

I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding a serious issue that occurred on your trading platform yesterday. I opened a trade on Solana (SOL) at $168, and within approximately 15 seconds, the position was automatically closed by your system. The closure was triggered based on a false price movement to $151, a level which Solana never reached at that time. The trade got completely liquidated at the wrong price, Solana never reached 151

Should've listened to account manager when he said this wasn't the move, he's spot on with my account on VRLC since day one. Took a detour and now I am just trying not to dwell on what I could've kept growing on Vast.

Attempted to get an update from this company as to why they will not transfer my crypto, again almost a week later still no update

Company is a complete scam and all positive reviews here and elsewhere on search engines are being manipulated to reveal trustworthiness. They do KYC, advertising they do not, that's extremely vigorous asking for banking information and screenshots of your account details. This is borderline illegal and very suspect along with intrusive. I and others were robbed by Margex of thousands of euro saying we failed their KYC inspection upon withdrawal request. Stay away from this scam company and only believe the 1 star reviews..

Margex keep getting my reviews taken down, I say nothing more than buyer beware. There are many people who had the same experience as myself so do your own research

I’ve been using Margex for about six months now, and I can confidently say it has transformed my trading experience. Initially, I joined to explore Bitcoin trading, but I quickly expanded to other altcoins. The platform’s charting tools are excellent for technical analysis. I also appreciate the community aspect, where traders can share insights and strategies. It helped me learn from others and refine my trading tactics. My only issue has been occasional delays in withdrawals, which can be frustrating. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend it to anyone interested in crypto trading.

My lawyer mailed a demand letter to return my xrp Margex Trading Solutions c/o AAA international services on March 14th. They chose not to respond. My lawyer has now emailed compliance and support and gave them 7 days to respond.

If no response My lawyer and I will be taking legal suit again to claim my funds that were never returned like promised in an email sent December 10th, 2024.

This has been an emotionally damaging situation for my family and I & I have missed out on even more opportunity not having the capital they owed me to trade with during this time.

Be weary of depositing anything to this company Margex . com! I will keep this community updated however Margex continues to flag my genuine reviews & trustpilot is doing a poor job of properly investigating.

Scam Exchange, they don't ever reply back after getting hit with arbitrary "Compliance Team" even if you are fully compliant, they lock your funds forever.

Never trust this SCAM exchange.

These scammers counter trade you don’t bother every time I place a significant trade I get counter traded instantly

My account has been down since November 2024 , if try to trade, convert or withdraw it says error, I have well over $500 in it, they will not respond to email, or live chat, BEWARE SCAM EXCHANGE
