As a makeup artist I had specific questions about my products and the Maréna Beauté was responsive an detailed in their explanations.
I felt quite cared for at every step and was was very impressed with the level of care displayed in the matter of packing and shipping my products.

International shipping
I ordered from Canada and the total time for shipping and processing was two weeks. Which in my opinion was not that long. Products came packages well and nothing was broken. So, really happy with the experience

Cashmere Rose blush NOT as advertised
I ordered Cashmere Rose blush. On the website and blogs, the product looks more pinky red and vibrant. Swatches on bare skin and makeup, and in the pan all look this way. Pictures by the brand and by bloggers all look this way. What I got was dusty, muted, light pink, which was not vibrant and not as advertised. I live in the US, so this order took time to get to me and there are no vendors that I can go to and check it out. This was incredibly misleading and recent. This was a July 2022 purchase. When I reached out to them, they suggested that I swatch it in different scenarios (as if I hadn't done that when I was shocked to see what I got) or return it and get a refund. WHO is accepting returns on face products during COVID-19 and Monkeypox?! This whole thing was quite unreal.
