Marcus is a really top bloke. He bought my bike with zero fuss and gave me a great price for it.

Marcus gave me confidence to buy one his excellent Bromptons (this one a used A Line in great condition). He was informative and friendly, letting me test ride the bike and showing me how to fold and unfold it. Within half an hour I was driving home with my purchase in the boot. I would buy again from marcusbikes anytime. Superb.

I sold my Brompton to Marcus’ Bikes and the process could not have been easier! After filling out a simple online form, Marcus got in touch with me via WhatsApp and requested pictures of the bike. He was professional, friendly, offered me a deal that was fair to both of us, and I was able to drop off the bike that afternoon (they also offer collection for an additional fee). In the space of one day, I had handed over my bike and received the funds- job done. If you’re looking to sell your Brompton and make the process easy, I couldn’t recommend this shop more.

I really didn’t want to deal with ebay to sell my Bromptons so when I heard about Marcus I was glad to talk to him and do it this way: the whole thing was super convenient and he was up front with the price. I’d be happy to buy from him and sell to him again in the future.

We had been looking for a while for a Brompton and a google link recommended Marcus Bikes. We had a good look at the bikes online and I then rang him and he was so helpful. The whole process was flawless and Marcus is very knowledge about Brompton Bikes and I felt confident in paying a deposit to a trustworthy person. As Marcus was planning a trip over Christmas not far from where we lived we arranged to meet him for collection. We were absolutely blown away at the exceptional condition of the bike it looked brand new. It is sadly unusual to find a completely honest trustworthy trader these days but we recommend buying from Marcus Bikes as you won't be disappointed at all.

As Always, Marcus was great: this is the second time I buy a used (but in pristine condition) bike at a very interesting price. The first one was a road bike that I still have and love. This time I was looking for a Brompton with a S-Type handlebar to swap with the H-type I had, which wasn't good for me. Dealing with Marcus was easy, quick, straightforward and I felt safe and happy. He is very honest and facilitates the whole process. I went to his workshop / shop in South London, tried out the bike I was interested in, and after ten minutes I was heading home, very happy about my purchase. Particularly with Bromptons, it is full of scams out there and/or awful requests for very worn-out used bikes. With Marcus you pay a very reasonable price, are safe, and get a like-new superbike. Highly recommended!

I have been looking for an H bar Brompton C line for some time now. I missed quite a few on EBay and found the bidding process tiresome. With Marcus you get a reasonable price, a bike that’s in tip top condition and the model you want. He guided me to a brand new, never ridden H6L for an extra £100 over a used one, which I am now the proud owner of. Marcus is in South London and I live in Cumbria, but his Courier delivered in 3 days. I can’t thank him enough for his help and previous advice.
