Dear Marcus Store.
I received the ordered jacket. Unfortunately, despite following the size given (I chose XL, that's what I wear) the jacket is too big. I want to exchange it for a size L or return it.
I have emailed twice about this issue and have not received any feedback.

I have not received my order. It has been over 3 weeks.

I’m very happy with my purchases , the style, the fit , the colors and the value are all perfect. The shipping was very prompt and I appreciated the discount I was given…thank you .

The product arrived this morning. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality tailoring and fit of the JACKET.
It definitely is worth the price I paid.

Never received item, emailed twice as tracker said it was in Gibraltar but never received it, emailed twice but got no response so seems they took money but I received no item

stop sending jackets I didn't order

I ordered my Jacket on 9/29 and I still haven't. I will never order again from Marcus. I think that Marcus is a scam!!

So far it has been 20 days since I ordered my jacket and I still have not received it. I figured it would take a little while to get here but I am still waiting. I hope it comes soon. Please let me know when to expect my jacket. Thank you. I really like my jacket, good quality, you just have understand that it is going to take along time to get it.

I've ordered and paid for two windbreaker jackets twice, the first order a month ago. Never received.

The response i got when my order wasn't delivered

When I received the jacket, it was just as nice as pictured in the online catalog. It is well made and comfortable to wear. It arrived within 7 days of my order in a double plastic shipping bag. It is a lightweight jacket perfect for my Arizona winter months outside wear.

Very happy with the jacket I ordered, BUT it was estimated that delivery to California would take 7 days. I needed the jacket for a trip. The jacket arrived when I got back, like 15 days after ordering.

The jacket was too big and I am expected to pay 18.50€ to send it back. We order all the time from Shein, Zalando and similar websites. This is the first time I have ever been asked to pay for a return. I feel totally cheated by Marcus store. I will be telling as many people about my experience as possible. Including Facebook and Instagram.

1. The Size of the order was based on your charts AND arrive bigger thank expected.
2. Returning Is very complex AND very expensive to Italy so I'm real terms return Is just impossible.
3. Not happy, good product in quality terms but unreal in comercial terms.

The jacket is of poor quality. You offer 100% guarantee or you give a refund. After multiple attempts you have failed to provide the information to return the jacket and get a refund.

I still have not received my order. What’s up?

I ordered the "Harry Stone" jacket, that is version of the classic Herrington jacket. It appears to be of good quality, at a fraction of the cost of RalphLauren or Barracuda (sp?) Only complaint is slow delivery time via USPS.
