Scammers!!!! What you order is not what you receive stay well clear!!!!!!

absolute scammers, do NOT buy. I purchased my product over a month ago, which I never received. when I reached out to their supposed contact, they just sent me the same email over and over again telling me to wait, and sent me a fake tracking that doesn't work. completely useless, unacceptable, and ridiculous. don't even think about purchasing from here

Its been 3 months and my order never arrived!! I have tried to contact their support and all they say is to “patiently keep waiting”. Ridiculous, such a scam robbing people. I am furious I cannot find the complaint book anywhere on their website

I received a broken item and sent a video of it, they ignore it and offer 2 USD in compensation for an item that costs 29 USD, I have tried to email around 10 times with the same result, they won't even send a new item 🤮

I order a 2 for 3 needle threader from this company. At first, communication was great. I was receiving tracking info as up to April 6th then nothing. I sent an email and they responded by saying they didn't have anymore info and was awaiting for an update. Well they responded back saying package was delivered on the 8th. Here it is the 28th of April and I still don't have my package. I'm so disappointed. They finally gave me a usps tracking number put it is addressed to a different person at a different address. Never did i get my product.

I ordered the merchandise on 4/4 and money was paid on 4/8/25. I have yet to receive the merchandise and reached out via email address on today. I even reached out in Facebook. I have pictures of the transaction as paid. The merchandise was two rearview fragrance containers for hanging on the rearview mirror of two BMW vehicles. The site seemed to have erased the previously seen fragrance holders. My phone number is 301-542-3082.
