After 1 month still no glasses
After 1 month still no glasses. Stopped PayPal paiement and stop asking me to stop asking Paypal for investigations. As from the moment I receive what I ordered I will ask them and pay accordingly. Very seldom I encounter such a bad Company. As per thé courier's app they should ne in a transporthub since 10th May but no one knows where? Still in China?

Yeap - another Marco Morettti online scam
Yeap - another online Marco Moretti scam.
I placed my order and received a confirmation email with an order number and a tracking link (using EVRI).
Days go by - and then weeks - and I query this first with EVRI who investigate and who eventually admit that the package (if ever there was one) is "lost"... that's all they can tell me other than 'go back to Marco Moretti'.
And that's when you here the resounding sound of silence from Marco Moretti.
Reading on the www Marco Moretti claim that other websites are impersonators, fraudulent websites etc. But that shouldn't be the case when you place an order on their own website... surely?
And how about Marco Moretti customer service... I have chased them with 3 emails to the correct Marco Moretti email address about the missing order - and what's that... year, the sound of being totally and royally ignored.
That IS how Marco Moretti operates.
I have now raised the issue with my bank - in part in the hopes of a chargeback - and in part in the hopes that all credit card providers and banks realise that fraudulent sites like Marco Moretti's and others is costing the banks money - what to do: block all their accounts... follow the money and stop the flow of money... it's the only way the get back to these fraudsters.
Don't be fooled by the good intentions of the replies written here and elsewhere to reviews... their commitment to "locate your file immediately" simply isn't true.
Do I deserve the experience I have received? No.
Do you deserve the experience you have received? No.
Best advice... Block, ban and never trade / shop with Marco Moretti.

I’m not interested in further excuses - you had plenty of opportunity during the weeks and weeks when I was querying why the order hadn’t been delivered and you offered excuse after excuse.
You know from your systems that my order was genuine and from your website.
I grew tired of your poor customer care, your combative responses and so applied via my bank for a chargeback.
They instituted the chargeback and I have received the monies I paid.
Would I ever recommend your company or brand… no, of course not other than to illustrate what poor customer care looks like!

We will not hide behind a templated answer here, because you have clearly had enough of those. A parcel declared lost by the carrier, three emails left unanswered, and being pushed to a chargeback : this is a real failure on our side, and we are sorry.
We would like to make it right concretely, not with promises. A bank dispute is not necessary to get your money back : we can cancel the order on our side and issue your refund directly. If you would rather receive the glasses, we will arrange a new shipment with tracking you can actually follow.
If you are willing, please reply to your original confirmation email with your order number so we can act on it straight away. Our only official sites are marcomoretti.store, .com, .shop and .fr. If your order was placed on another domain, it may have been a copycat site, and we will help you either way.

A scam I guess
Update me 2: still no reply, and no glasses received. Complete scam, and can only worn others to use this scam site. They just text you on messenger and wants to help you out, while time is passing by, and they hope you won’t file anything at your bank.
Update. Marco Moretti states that it’s a wrong website I have ordered my sunglasses at, but that’s not true. It’s the official one, using correct email to reply as they state, used Messenger to reply as well, but still no feedback. It’s a complete SCAM, and I can only advise others not to use this company for any purchase.
A scam I guess. Ordered 2 for 1 sunglasses, money deducted from my account, but tracking number not working. Email received after order, but without order number on. Texted on messenger, sent 2 emails to the mail mentioned on the website, but still no reply. Be careful, and stop buying from this scam site.

Even though I couldn't track the order, it arrived in 7 days. The design is exactly like in the photos. Yes, the sunglasses came from China, but they are not cheap-looking or poorly made for the cost. Don't expect designer quality for under 40 euros. I am satisfied with my order.

Bad service and probably an SCAM
I saw the website, and got there from FB. Everything looked and seems to be good and Nice. The design and eye wear models looked also very fashionable. I ordered the 1 on 1 free for free. They website promised me, the delivery in 3 days. I was already worried that this could be scam. At that time I was hoping not. Till I discovered that de mail and link wasn’t available. Afterwords I find out that the shipping would come from china. Nothing was clear so far, the tracking link even was unavailable and not working. Stupidity I then searched the internet and I found some bad reviews about shipping and the company. Well I am afraid that my money I paid will be lost and probably I will receive some cheap plastic shit from China. I will never ever order anything. I am very curious how long this scam will last. Because I red that some people are waiting until 7 weeks for their delivery!!! So maybe I will just been SCAMED also!!
