I place an order for a dress , my daughter told me after it is a scam website after all the reviews from credit reports. I try to cancel the order, it do not allow you. phone is an invalid # I realized its a scam cancel my cc and will file a dispute

DO NOT ORDER DRESSES EXPECTING TO RETURN THEM!!! They have a non working customer service number. They do not resopind to emails except with a computer generated response that they will get back to you in 24 hours. Basically do not shop with them.

Returned the dress, never received credit, unable to reach customer service. Unethical misleading business practice

Poor customer service. Impossible to communicate with them. I sent back a dress after they approved it they received it since June 5 2024 and until this day I haven’t been reimbursed. Order #47624

They charged my cc. Didn't send an confirmation email. No reply to my emails. No phone number to call .no dress.

Deserves ZERO star. Sent the dress back within timeframe. Tracking said they received the dress 6/17/2024. Now it's mid July and no one has returned my emails asking about my refund. Sent emails to their sales, PR and inquiries hoping someone would answer. I even reached out to them on IG. Customer service number is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM MARCHESA.

Ordered a dress that I received in a couple of days. The dress (€339) looked cheap so I wanted to return it. No returnlabel avalable because I live in Europe. Costst me €116,- to return the dress!!! Didn’t get any message that they received the return. Had to check it at DHL. So I mailed them to know if they received the dress and when I could see my money. Also posts on Instagram where I asked how to get my money back. No real respons. After several mails i got my €339 back, 5 months later!!!

Have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund. No one is answering any emails, and the phone number listed on their customer service page does not work.

The worst! Do not buy anything from this company! No working phone number. The one online is a lie!
They will not answer any emails.
They will not give you a refund for anything ever. You will have to file a dispute with your credits card company!
I received a damaged dress and they did nothing and would not even respond to me!!

I ordered a dress 10 days ago with no email with a shipping label. I called the number on the internet, but it was disconnected and I sent several emails telling them I have an international wedding I need the dress by Friday they said they will mail it out I told them I need it overnight as I am leaving on Friday they just sent it out after 2 weeks and not overnight to make up for the fact it took 2 weeks. I need to return it before I get it because I will be gone. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST SERVICE AND SHIPPING ON EARTH

i ordered almost 10 days ago paid for 3 day delivery after many emails radio silence. i am going through my credit card company to cancel

I wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering from this company. I too cannot get them to respond to my emails and they have no phone number on their website. Their site would not let me print the return label and when I attempted a second time, I received a message that the item was already returned. I still have the dress, but also no refund. I don't want the dress and would like a refund. Don't buy anything from this company. Not worth the risk.

Same experience as alot on here, £160 spent, then returned item , cost me £35 to return, so lost almost £200. they confirmed by email that they have recieved the return and were processing refund, no response to my emails, no response on facebook. i didnt pay on credit card, Paypal wont pay and neither will my bank, So i have lost the money, Paypal advised my to contact the police Fraud department, this company is a SCAM.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter's wedding. Returned the one that was ill-fitting - in accordance with return instructions. (I was provided a return label, I promptly returned, I received confirmation that it was delivered.) Then nothing. No refund. Phone provided doesn't work, no response via chat online, or reply to email sent to any of their email addresses. How can a company do this ... repeatedly apparently! I will begin leaving negative reviews and posts, and contacting every Marchesa employee listed on LinkedIn until someone responds. This is criminal.

*******Update: I went on to LinkedIn and sent an email to every person of responsibility whose email was provided, regarding my lack of refund and lack of reply to all of my attempts via text/phone/online/Facebook. Surprisingly, I received a reply a couple of days later saying that the refund had been processed. Nothing else. And, it was refunded to my card. SO TRY THIS METHOD TO GET YOUR REFUND!

I have had similar experiences. Will have to revert to credit card company to get a refund. Ridiculous. They do not have a phone number and do not respond to emails.

Would give it a zero if possible. Similar experience to others who have written a review. Do not order from the website unless you are absolutely sure you are going to keep the item. If you have to send the item back, you will not receive your refund. We finally had to get our credit card company involved as multiple emails and phone calls were ignored. The company does not abide by their return policy! They've had the return since 4/22 and still no refund. Purchase at your own risk!

Same horrendous scam customer service experience as with everyone else. No answer to any emails or phone calls whatsoever. Returned my item more than 10 days ago and still waiting for a refund with no response whatsoever. Fake scam company. I’m forced to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

MARCHESA - UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES
Due to poor fit, I returned a dress 1 day after receiving, The return shows as having been delivered March 18th. It is now April 26th and I have yet to receive a refund or any response to multiple emails and phone calls. DO NOT PURCHASE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
