Quick response to email inquiries, speedy delivery and great products.

I ordered a sofa on Retro Europe, attracted by their 7 days delivery claim. A few days after they informed me that the actual delivery period was about 8 weeks.They were apparently unable to refund my by simply canceling the credit card transaction. After 8 weeks I didn't received the sofa, nor any update so I've sent emails and call them. More than five days after my first email, still no response, and nobody picks up the phone.
At this stage I don't know if it is only unprofessional service and deceptive advertising on delivery period or purely and simply a scam. But for sure, I won't recommend them.

I have ordered an Eiffel chair for my home office and besides no Master card is accepted, a manual payment can be done and everything ran smoothly from payment to delivery withing 5 working days even.

I am very happy with my purchase of office chairs.

They arrived quickly and the guys in the office put them together without problem.

I contacted Retro Europe for a business tax invoice when purchasing and supplied my company number it was very easy.

I would recommend other businesses to purchase from this website.

The Le Bauhaus collection I ordered arrived promptly. It is EXACTLY as advertised. It was easy to unpack and set up the corner sofa and looks great in our Hotel reception. The black leather is very supple and soft and i feel we will have many years use from the sofas. I recommend Retro Europe!

Bought 5 pieces of living room furniture over the Internet and received excellent customer service - keeping me up to date with my order status and delivery.

Retro Europe were very accommodating as we were moving house and had a holiday booked so they worked with us to plan the delivery.

Pictures and descriptions of the furniture on the website are very helpful.

Furniture was bought unseen but it is all excellent quality and came well packaged.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to anyone.

The service I received could not be faulted.

Ana who served me was helpful, polite and not at all pushy.

The after sales service was excellent and the items I ordered were delivered within 7 days and I had not paid extra for this faster delivery service.

The items were well packed and as ordered and the delivery guys were excellent.

First rate customer service would recommend to any other hoteliers.

I needed a few focal items in the hotel to finish of the make over, i contacted Ana and she was able to get everything sorted sent me a invoice i payed and the furniture was delivered and arrived on the date we had agreed. Which was lucky as i had guests arriving that weekend.

I am happy to recommend and write this review for Ana and i hope she can visit our Hotel in the future.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed after having spent a lot of money on furniture from Retro Europe. We ordered a table and three chairs. two of the patchwork eiffel chairs. After waiting for 7 weeks on our delivery! The website promises a delivery of 1 week, it finally came. The chairs looked nice but smelled awfully. But ok, fine. But then after 2 weeks one of the chairs just broke. The screw just broke of. And was stuck in the chair. They didn't feel that steady from the beginning but this was the case. Ok fine I thought, lets email customer service and explain, with photo's and everything. They will probably come up with a solution. I was referred to the website and had to look for conditions somewhere very unclear. They advised me to send back the chair to Alicante. But they couldn't give me any information on how to do this. What courier service? And could they at least guarantee the shipping costs, of which I now know are quite high? Nothing of that kind. Nobody could give me concrete answers and at one point they stopped answering completely. Unbelievable for a company that promises service, quality and fast delivery. I cannot believe this kind of customer service. So please, beware, if you have any kind of problem you are left in the dark. And with a broken chair. Very very disappointing.

Really very impressed with this company.

In Scotland we are used to free delivery and a fast service when ordering online, but i can tell you after many years holidaying and then owning a home in Spain the Spanish rarely do good fast service.

I was pleasantly surprised when i contacted Ana on their English site she informed me that they were able to deliver my order in Spain and the service was free. I asked her if she could hold the order until i was visiting next and she did just that.

Everything arrived on the agreed time and the furniture looks better than i was expecting.

I have told all of my Scottish friends out here and i am very happy to write this review for Ana and her company.

In all the years of buying from Retro Europe, I have always experienced only the very best in product availability, support and service. Both for the residential and business environment. Being an interior designer and project manager it is important to have a reliable company to work with.

Looking forward to the next 8 years working together.

I just bought a daybed and it is perfect. It was a great price and quality is fantasyic. Recomended!

Shipment is hardly plannable and depends a great deal on your luck.

An invoice has not been sent before or along with the shipment and was only incorrectly produced upon request.

I am still waiting for a correct invoice to be delivered.

The product is exactly what I was hoping for.
It was also delivered very fast which is good.

My honest experience was very nice.
