Smooth Skrill withdrawals
Requested 85 EUR to Skrill after a lucky session. Arrived next day which was faster than expected honestly. Lost that money the following week. Processing was clean. Weekend requests take longer.

My account is in EUR but some games showed prices in USD. When I checked my balance after playing it was less than I expected, probably exchange rate fees. Wish they’d been clearer about that upfront.
Had been saving points for a couple months, logged in to redeem them and they were gone. Apparently they expire after 90 days of inactivity, which I didn’t know. A reminder email would’ve been nice. Customer service said sorry but can’t restore them.
There are like five different bonuses listed and I couldn’t figure out which ones I was eligible for. Tried claiming one and got an error. Support explained I had to opt in first, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Eventually got it sorted but the UX needs work.
Had around 500 points saved up and logged in today to find them reset to zero. No explanation, no email. Support said they expire monthly but I never saw that mentioned. Would’ve used them if I’d known.
I decided to quit and looked everywhere in settings for a close account button. Nothing. Had to email support and they asked me why and offered bonuses to stay. I just want a simple opt-out, not a negotiation.
The promotions page says active players get a reload bonus every Friday. I’ve deposited every week this month and got nothing last Friday. Asked support and they said it’s targeted, not for everyone. Feels like false advertising to list it publicly if only some people get it. Left me disappointed.
I asked in chat why my free spins weren’t showing up and got a generic reply about checking terms. Waited twenty minutes for a follow-up that never came. Had to figure it out myself by clicking around.
Muted slot sounds, listened to lo-fi music for 30 min on a Hacksaw mid-vol at 0.30 stake. Net minus 14 EUR. Background music helped me stay relaxed about the losses. Would prefer if the session timer popup respected the muted state and didn't auto-unmute on appearance.
I sent my ID and a bank statement on Monday, didn’t hear anything until Thursday. When I asked support they said it was in the queue. I get that verification is necessary, but four days feels excessive when other places do it in hours. My withdrawal of 120 EUR is still waiting on this to clear.
Self-excluded a few months ago during a rough patch. Feeling better now, wanted to reopen with limits in place. Support said exclusion is permanent, no option to reverse even with cooling-off period. I respect responsible gaming but permanent feels harsh.
Got a promo email for free spins, logged in two days later and they’d already expired. The email didn’t mention a deadline and I thought I had at least a week. Support said they expire in 48 hours but that wasn’t written in the message. Felt like a waste of an offer.
I like to check RTP before playing but most slots here don’t show it anywhere in the game info. Had to Google each one separately. Not a huge deal but it would save time if they just listed it in the lobby like some other sites do.
Asked about bonus wagering rules via email, got a reply in 5 hours. Answer was clear and helpful. Lost another 18 EUR testing slots meanwhile. Response time was acceptable for email support.
Topped up 30 EUR via Skrill on my lunch break, balance updated in maybe 20 seconds. Played Gates of Olympus at 0.40 stake, lost most of it. The cashier flow itself was smooth enough, no complaints there.
