Good Customer Service, Very Useful Tracking Tool
This program so far has been very useful and helpful to track 150+ assets with more to go. We plan to track up to 400 assets and believe Mapyourtag has the ability to handle it. We currently use the program to scan assets in and out of the shop, giving us the ability to track what employee has what tool and what job site they have it on. It allows us to track expensive assets to ensure they are not misplaced, lost, etc. and it also allows us to keep track of assets that are in high demand for use by multiple employees in a given day or week. Five out of Five starts.
Customer Service is quick to respond with solutions to any questions or problems we encounter. Five stars for Customer Service.
The Mobile App performs well and allows any employee to scan items in or out, change the job site, report last date of service, etc. There is a considerable amount of scrolling up and down the screen to view assets when entering a search. Four out of Five Stars
The Website for PC use is laid out much like the mobile app and makes for an easy transition for use on either device. Four out of Five Stars
A few items we have found that could be improved:
It would be beneficial if the web based design displayed more than 10 assets per page. While modifying assets or viewing the list of "all assets" it would be helpful to have the ability to change from 10 per page to 25, 50, or 100 assets per page.
In addition to the custom alerts, it would be useful if custom reports could be generated to provide details on tagged locations. Current reports are limited and again, only list 10 assets per page.
Finally, one more item that would be helpful is a more advanced search ability. Current searches are beneficial for searching specific assets and for searching based on one tagger or on one location, etc. We find that we want to search for assets at all locations excluding one or two locations and currently there is no way to do that.
Three out of Five stars for search/report functionality.
Overall four out of five stars. With any updates or modifications to the points referenced above I would have no problem rating it a five out of five.
