We love this puzzle
We love this puzzle! A geography lesson in a box! My son knows cities, states, and geography well so had a great time picking up each piece, looking for a city or landmark and immediately knowing where most pieces went. Great find!

Maps Company sent me a new puzzle after I complained about a missing puzle piece.
There was one piece missing in a map that I sent to my sister and I mentioned this in a previous review. Maps Company took my complaint seriously and sent a new puzzle to my sister. Amazing customer service. And their world map puzzle is the BEST. Highly recommended for families with kids—or for adults who love geography.

Only sent two out of three maps
Only sent two out of three maps, accused me of somehow missing the map, and here we are a week later and you're still trying to figure out what happened and whether or not you even have the map in your warehouse. This is why people turn to behemoths like Amazon, because this would have been rectified long before now.

No Idea Where My Map Is
Ordered a map way back on Oct. 17th, it's now November 4th. There is no updated information since Oct. 23rd and I have no idea where my map is. I know things are a little slower because of covid, but the shipping wasn't free and you would expect it here by now!
