Very disapointed of those people. When you are ordering you can ask for an urgent delivery (extra payment of course). Delivery should be between 3 to 5 business days. Anyhow even we you pay extra it take two weeks to arrive. When you ask for a refund because they are out of their commercial commitment, they are telling you that it is more or less your fault.
