This company has illegally advertised…

This company has illegally advertised my home without my permission or consent it clearly states its non-real estate advertisement. This makes it illegal. This is called misleading, false advertising, and can work against the home owner as this gives the homeowner no property and land rights. I’ve reported this to misleading advertising with the federal government, and I’ve also posted it on human rights this goes against the human rights code. It is 100% illegal to advertise someone’s home without their consent when they are not real estate agent illegally taking a screenshot from Google maps without permission from the homeowner advertisement advertising the size location in nearby. This causes home, invasions robberies scams, and puts the homeowner as a liability. As a homeowner in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, I give no permission for this company to be legally we posting my home this way without my consent permission this is disgusting behaviour from any company. It goes beyond ethics. I have even gone so far and having a Sault Ste. Marie police officers here to telling me to remove my house from street views due to the third-party Google maps is attached to real estate companies therefore when they are advertising your home not for sale it is an actually illegal because you forgot to read your privacy terms for Google maps however this company states in their privacy terms they are not real estate agents or related to real estate agents. Therefore, this makes it misleading false advertising and needs to be reported to the federal government immediately.

If you have posted rentals on craigslist, kijiji or rentals.ca or probably any other rental site You May Also be ON mapliv.com Without Your Consent!!!

I have posted rentals on various sites on the internet for more than 20 years but I have NEVER POSTED A RENTAL ON mapliv.com.
That is why when I recently checked the internet for any leakage of personal information... mapliv.com came up with a really old listing that I had placed on maybe kijiji.ca or craigslist.ca or rentals.ca.
I do not approve of websites such as these scraping my personal information from Known Websites where I have some control of the information I post.
With legitimate website there is some respect for your privacy and ownership and control of your information. I can modify or delete the information when I am done.... if I choose to.
These people, whoever or wherever they are did not ask me if the could post this information on their site.
They just did it....and that made me really upset!

My advice to anyone who has posted anything on a rental property anywhere to check this site to see if they have done to you what they did to me....
That is ILLEGALLY POST YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION ON mapliv.com WITHOUT YOU KNOWLEDGE OR SPECIFIC APPROVAL... FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.
I told them by contact comment on their site that THEY MUST REMOVE MY INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY OR I WOULD HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DO IT FOR ME.
This kind of Wild West Invasion of Privacy Behaviour is something like what you would expect in the early 2000s not in the 2020s and certainly not in 2024.
I had to give them 1 Star because there was No Option for Zero Stars.....
Do You Think You Could or Should Trust mapliv.com with You Personal Information????
You Know What I Think.
