Unsatisfactory service
I would have to say that I am very disappointed with this company. I did not receive any product that I purchased. I sent an email and request requested some information inquiring where the product might have been delivered if they had proof of delivery and where it might be I understand that things get misplaced so I wasn’t really concerned. I just wanted to know if it got delivered to the wrong address cause I did not have any product yet I was charged for product so I wanted to know where it was. I wanted to know who signed for it and I wanted to see proof of delivery. I heard nothing back no response and I believe it said expect a response within 24 to 72 hours I waited for four days plenty more than enough time. I sent another email today and I told them that I would be letting my credit card company know that I would be requesting a refund and how disappointing it was that I was really looking forward to getting this product because I figured it was gonna really help my cats, but unfortunately, their business practises have tainted my experience to the point that I am no longer interested in purchasing this product from anywhere not if this is how they treat their customers very disappointing
