This requirement is always clearly stated before purchase. We do not store credentials, misuse accounts, or access them beyond the service delivery. After completion, customers can immediately change their password. Our goal is fast delivery, clear communication, and fair service. If any questions or issues arise, our support is available to help before and after purchase.

Scam, they want your login credentials for Crunchyroll for them to put in the extra months you bought through them...

The customer was informed in advance that login access is required to activate the purchased Crunchyroll subscription.
This is not hidden, nor deceptive.
No accounts are stolen, resold, or misused.
