This is a total scam. The product is NOT like the advertising. It worked - BADLY - for a couple of days then stopped working altogether!!! Fell apart, won’t charge and forget about any response to the money-back guarantee!!

This is a total scam. The product received is nothing like the advert. NO free gift, NO 60days free trial and NO free return.

Do not do business with this company. The shavers packaging came damaged, they don’t work as shown in the ad and of the two email addresses attached to the site both bounced back as not being able to deliver. Don’t waste your money.

OMG! Why oh why didn’t I check out Trust pilot first! After reading the reviews it’s exactly what happened to me! Supposedly free shipping and free gift and a shaver that went through and removed the thickest stubble! None of these applied. As one reviewer commented, when I saw them asking for a tip, I tried to cancel thinking my order had not as yet gone through as I hadn’t confirmed but I’d gone to PayPal and when I was back on the website there was the information asking for a tip and showing the freight charges. I tried to cancel but got an email thanking me for my order! When the miserable little thing arrived all I could do was laugh! It is the tiniest little piece of sh**!
Doesn’t even look like the product promised!!

Similarities to other posts. A very shady company, i was looking at placing an order and it went to paypal and then as like othee places you are directed back to the main site, here is where a lot went wrong, freight was added and they want other stuff like a tip etc so i did not place the order with the button, but an email arrived thanking me for my order. So i emailed them with the one provided and told them to cancel but it arrived anyway in a crumble box, it was a different shaver with no led display and a shaving mesh that i know will not do as they advertised and it was also diff to the the one in the add which i took screenshots of. Next was an additional charge of about $7 on paypal plus the freight so submitted a report and got a refund. This makes it hard for other honest internet businesses with these ones out their as this is definitely my last with unknown companies. This transaction involved many different names from the initial add using Manugear, Paypal has them as Channel Flow Digital and the contact email as lupoua.com. And if you go to each of these websites they each have different products but no bloody shaver

I ordered a portable shaver on line. At the time of sale, I received a confirmation and copy of the sales receipt. The ad also stated it would include a free gift. The tracking number never worked. It did eventually arrive by Canada Post, albeit squished in a box. Upon checking my credit card statement I discovered they had billed a higher amount than the sales receipt received at time of transaction and by a totally different company in Spain, not the company listed to be in California. I tried to contact their US customer service number listed and it just continued to ring with no one picking up the phone (during their posted business hours). I also tried emailing them and it bounced back multiple times. I was eventually contacted by someone named Yong who asked for a copy of both the sales receipt and verification of the actual credit card charge. I immediately provided both and shortly after received a standard reply that any extra charges are “to support smooth processing, order verification, and compliance with international regulations. This ensures we can continue offering safe, convenient, and global shopping services.”
To clarify, I had already paid a separate amount for shipping charges that was included in the sales transaction. So basically, they are doing nothing. I was charged more than expected based on the sales receipt, got no free gift, and received a cheap product squished in a box. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY
COMPANY!
