Read every word of the small print very carefully. Downloading an 11 page manual for a gas water heater resulted in a charge of £133.
Worse still, was the fact that this charge of £133 would be repeated every 2 months.
This company robbed me
This company robbed me. I purchased a manual for $1.10. Ten days later there was an unapproved/unknown charge for $173.31. Be careful so as not to be their next victim.

The manual that I needed was offered for 0.97 €. However, the fine print indicated that this price was a one week introductory cost and that after one week, the monthly subscription would be 149.99 €. Also, the monthly subscription would be automatically renewed until accessed by the buyer and cancelled.
Scam Warning!
The search function on this website is fake. If you type anything (and I mean anything!) in the search box, the system always shows the following two messages:
We are currently searching for your User Manual...
We found your user manual!
It then takes you immediately to the payment page. I typed Chewing Gum, Fluffy Kitten and Sylvester Stallone. According to the website, they apparently have instruction manuals for all these items. Try it yourself; just type anything!
There are several websites like this, and they all operate in the same way.
Please note that most manuals are available free of charge online, or directly from retailers and manufacturers.
Fraudolent site: STAY AWAY
Fraudolent site: I paid 0,95€ to download a manual then 2 weeks later they repeatedly tried to charge my credit card with 89,95€
Fraud
I was looking for a manual for an old washing machine and agreed to pay approx 1 euro for it. I see now that I was charged 69 euro! Terrible!
They came through with older manual
They came through with older manual. these older manuals for not so common uses are hard to come by. Great research guys.
Manualslink is a fraudster deceiving customers
I needed to look out a manual for a German made Bosch food processor bought long time ago. This Manualslink showed up as a helper for less than a dollar fee. I did not even found what I was looking for, but the small fee I paid .
Later in month or so I discovered on my credit card receipt a charge for 69.95 euro or $75 from 04/29/2024.
I never approved this extraordinary charge. Manualslink is a fraudulent company, a thief deceiving honest customers. It is a shame!
I will complain to the American Consumer Protection Agency to help me and protect other consumers.

I bought a Delonghi freestanding induction cooker (66 MX IN2) with a manual of 53 pages in Italian. Is it possible to have same manual in English pleas.
This company is a scammer
This company is a scammer. They hide in fine print that you are signing up for a $99.95 per month subscription if you don't cancel in 7 days. They are hoping you have set your alert limits for $100.00 and won't catch the recurring charge. It's also an unusual charge for a foreign company. It took 2 requests and 7 days to get a pdf of the manual I wanted. I cancelled after the first $99.95 charge and then two months later they charged again. Don't waste your time with them. I have a second charge which they won't remove. DON'T USE THEM!!
THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
I ordered a download February 23. I paid $1.04.
March 1, I was charged $75.95
April 1, I was charged $75.59
SCAM DO NOT USE
SCAM DO NOT USE. SCAM. Very deceitful. Draw you in saying they have your manual (which they dont) have and pay this amount then hidden in T&C is a large subscription. Pack of scamming buggers.
I have tried to call them
I have tried to call them, emailed the 100 times, sign into my account and it is impossible to reach them Stayed on line with my bank 45 minutes trying to resolve
If anyone can give me advise how to cancel, please reach out
Offered 95 cent manual as bait for your credit card
A manual was offered for 95 cents. However, if you look carefully when go to pay, there is a checkbox that you must select that says you have "read and accept the terms and conditions". Inside those terms and conditions you agree to allow them to charge you for a "subscription".
You are essentially agreeing to pay a small amount of money in exchange for a future charge of whatever they feel like charging you for their subscription.

Thought i was paying a $1 something to download a manual. just had a debit to my credit card for $125.80 NZD
Not ok!!!!!!!
BTW, still dont have the manual....
Buyer beware
I purchased and downloaded a PDF version of an owner's manual for $1.04. A week later they tried to charge my credit card ~$75 (which my bank declined) for (apparently) a membership.
If you choose to do business with them, I suggest using an infrequently used credit card, and then canceling or freezing the card.
