Absolutely terrible service and food
Absolutely terrible service, food, delivery time everything!
Last Saturday me and my family ordered food as we were drunk and starving, expecting a decent delivery time and quality as we used to get but instead, ordering at 6:15pm, waited 2 and a half hours for it to arrive.... after the first hour we had waited after ordering we decided to phone up and wanted an explanation, they told my mother that the food was out for delivery however this was not the case. Another hour went by before we called up again only to be told that the food was being prepared, my mother who spoke very kindly to the girl on the phone asked if it was cold when it got here could we be refunded which is the least that could’ve been done despite already waiting 2 hours... in the background there was a voice which seemed to come from the kitchen stating “they can cancel it if that’s the case” they stated this 3 more times. We decided to carry on with the order waiting another half an hour for it to turn up, upon close inspection the food was sloppely put together. Three kebabs ordered with mayonnaise, looked like someone had beat up the meat before putting it in the box with a dollop of Mayo in the centre and no where else, these all were cold along with stone cold chips, a freezing chicken chow mien and 3 pots of curry sauce that were so far from warm they had congealed... absolutely disgraceful service and horrendous food, I urge anyone reading this to never order from here ever.

We live a 15 minute walk from the manor fishbar so the drive is 5 minutes at that.... they waited more than two hours to send our food out and we were livid
