Mannleys have been very efficient throughout the process or selling our home. After having our house values they managed to have photographs done and on the market 3 days later.

We didn't use Mannleys to sell our house but we wish we had. We bought our new house through them though and absolutely recommend them. They were very friendly and professional at all times. Chasing our solicitor for updates regularly and always copying us into the emails. Communication was excellent. A special thanks to Ashleigh, she was so lovely and kept us informed all the way through. When I went into the office to collect our keys for the new house, all the staff were friendly and presented me with a lovely welcome pack and a bottle of prosecco. A lively touch, thank you to all at Mannleys for a not too stressful house purchase 😀

My partner and I are first time buyers, and have nothing but positives to say about our experience. We have been assisted by Danielle, who has helped us with the endless questions we’ve had. Thank you for making this process as easy as it can be.

From start to finish, the whole process was comprehensively explained. We were kept in the picture throughout what proved to be an arduous journey to completion. A testimony to the service we received was evident when our buyers moved their sale to Mannleys because of the professionalism of the staff. Would unequivocally recommend Mannleys to anyone thinking of selling their property. Cannot thank you all enough.

There were some initial issues over the photos taken which i had to ask to have redone as i didn't think it showed the house at its best and Chris Mannerley came out and redid them which i was happy with. He was very nice and supportive and did them from different angles and prospective. The house was on during lockdown and had a few time wasters viewing, probably glad to get out as house selling was still allowed! This was in no way the fault of Mannerleys. After the first buyer had to drop out as their buyer dropped out it was readvertised on the Thursday and had 7 viewings by Saturday, the first of whom immediately offered my price within half an hour of viewing which i accepted. There then followed unfortunately issues within the chain and also poor solicitors, not mine, failing to respond to things. However, Ashleigh took over and did an excellent job of chasing and finding out the hold ups. My house was sold to my buyers, who were also great throughout and had also done their best to chase things. Ashleigh kept me informed throughout and was a star for the company.

With moving being one of the most stressful things you can do we really couldn’t have it without the help of Mannleys. Christian went above and beyond to ensure communication in chain was chased for us when solicitors wouldn’t respond in a timely manner. Even up until the moment of getting the keys the process was by no means smooth with our chain however Christian did everything in his power to help us. Hand on heart I don’t think we would have ended up moving without the support. Buying/selling is not just listing your house online - the fee you pay includes the service and communication you also get. In this case the value for money was second to none. Thank you once again!

I would highly recommend Mannleys. They sold our property very quickly. When they arrived to discuss the potential for marketing they had done lots of pre-work looking at other properties in the area which were for sale and had sold recently. We had lots of interest in our property and they managed this really well, ensuring we were updated with viewings booked.

After we had accepted an offer, Ashleigh became our sole point of contact and was excellent. She provided timely updates via email and phone, often going above and beyond and speaking to our buyers solicitor when our solicitor was unreachable.

Overall our experience was fantastic, this is the first time we have sold our house and I would say the advice and service was five star.

First class service, efficient, kept us updated at all times. Thanks so much to AJ, Christian and Danielle. Highly recommend using them.

The team at Mannleys were excellent. Despite there being only 3 of us in the chain we seemed to have numerous issues particularly with solicitors. We relied on Christian and Ashleigh to keep everything going and maintain communication between all parties. It was Ashleigh who negotiated a solution to an issue at the last minute which actually enabled us to move. Thanks to everyone we are now finally settled in Dorset.

What a service!!!

This was the first time I have used Mannleys to sell a property and I was blown away by the service I received. Not only did they get my property on the market super fast but they also sold it for full asking price in just 2 WORKING DAYS!!! This meant I could reserve the house I was desperate to buy.
I was kept updated regularly & both Lydia and Ashleigh were fabulous throughout the whole process!
Hopefully I will never need to move again, but if I do I will 100% be using Mannleys!!!

Excellent Service!!

Highly recommend using this company, our contact (Ashleigh) is a huge asset. They return emails and calls promptly and nothing is too much trouble. We were purchasing only and had a stressful time, however the team were positive and lifted our spirits through the anxiety. The move went very well in the end and Mannleys communicated right up to key collection. A big Thank you team 😊

Thanks to Danielle, Chris and the team for their help. House sale took a while but was quite quick once a purchaser was found. Response to queries was always speedy providing a central point of contact for all involved in process.
